The carpet smells a little, room is very clean.
All of the staff were courteous and polite and very helpful. They were very responsive when I had an issue and called them.
I didn't like that breakfast was an upcharge.
Good hotel. Friendly and supportive staff. Very clean and tidy. Superb breakfast choices. Spacious well appointed rooms.
This was my second stay at hotel, All the facilities are excellent, and staff was helpful. it would be helpful for long stay business travelers if some cooking (Microwave) facility you can provide in room.
Being total vegitarian, I suggest hotel to offer more veg dishes.

Convenient location, friendly staff, clean rooms, good river view, reasonable food choices, shuttle buses to airport, value for money,very suitable for business travelers, also recommend it for leisure travelers.
I was totally impressed. I got in way early. I had to get another day added they charged me same price that I booked at. So helpful I was there during the contra virus they shut down the gym for our protection provided masks checked temps of everyone coming in. Breakfast Buffett was great people awesome chef checked on people all the time. I honestly can’t say enough good things about my stay. I will be staying there my next trip to Liuzhou.
Stayed f 3 nights and thought this is a good place, but
- paper walls, one hears people talking with each other from 6 to 030
- when leaving the reception told my colleague that I already left so we had to pay 2 taxis to the airport. Thank you for wasting my money!
- as we were on company trip, we had lounge access, what they didn’t tell us was that the normal breakfast is more expensive than lounge! First time I hear this, instead of issuing a normal invoice for the 50 rmb per person extra, I got an invoice for a New York cheese cake with some discount to make it an even number after tax.
So in total paid 300 more than I should have and didn’t sleep well a single night. There are many more options in Liuzhou, and next time will try something else.
Friendly , smiling staff, very comfortable and clean rooms, full size gym and swimming pool, excellent dining and breakfast option, great central location with plenty of taxis and walking distance to the river and village and parks.
Preferable stay in the Liuzhou city. River view from the room window is excellent, highly recommended for all foreign travelers.
Rooms are clean and,there are no concerns.
Staffs are co operative.
Near for shopping access. ( SIM, fruits, markets, marts etc., )
