NEVER STAYING IN THIS SHITHOLE

WE PAID 15 K FOR THE ROOM AND IT DID NOT INCLUDE BREAKFAST, WE HAD OVER 5 ROOMS FOR OUR FAMILIES AND THESE GUYS DO NOT EVEN HAVE THE COURTESY TO OFFER COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST, SERVICE IN THE ALL DAY DINING WAS ABYSMALLY SLOW. OVERALL A VERY POOR EXPERIENCE, ROOMS WERE UNTIDY AND BATHROOMS WERE NOT SPOTLESS.

Overall good experience
Pros:

Good location. Staff were very attentive. Rooms were a good size. Plenty of choice with breakfast to suit all palettes. Terrace bar with pool was a nice relaxing place to have food and drinks.

Location for GMC hockey ground good, just about acceptable for the amount of time spent in hotel.
Pros:

Breakfast very good, staff excellent
Terrace bar very good, food good, staff excellent

Cons:

Had to pay extra for early check in
Had to insist on a change of room due to leaking toilet
Second room shower area needs deep clean and refit of broken parts, took photos to show
Had to argue for 10% discount on food and drink, particularly alcoholic drinks as this is not specified as outside the offer.
Were disturbed late at night to pay bar bill as “not allocated” to room despite a 160000 rupee being held on card, no 10% applied
General cleanliness of hotel corridors, rooms
Compensation for not applying 10% was a free taxi to airport

Not value for money not 5 star very poor experience
Cons:

You should not call this a 5 star hotel. The facilities are so bad that there were bugs in one of the rooms and room.had to be switched.
On top.ofnit none of the power sockets in the rooms.work. the br3akfast isnalwqys cold irrespective of how early you go. They confuse labels especially if people with allergies get this confused it can be dangerous.
Staff force you to provide positive feedback irrespective of how busy you are. They just interruprt when you are on phone and ask if all is good if so can we give positive feedback.
