We enjoyed the stay but the hotel was not as nice as the pictures in the application show .

Pros:

Limpieza y servicio del personal, la comida en el restaurant está muy buena e igual el servicio muy bueno.
La ubicación es muy buena, justo en Los Cubos, intersección de Vallarta, Lázaro Cárdenas y Manuel J Clouthier

Cons:

El portón para abrir el estacionamiento debería ser de forma remota, a través de cámaras de seguridad y uno ubicándose a través de una llamada al lobby, no que tiene que ir una persona a abrir y la calle está muy transitada.
El sistema de acceso al cuarto está anticuado, ya que sigue siendo con llave física, no fuera tanto el problema si la llave no fuera tan grande y estorbosa para guardar.

No es un hotel 4 estrellas
Cons:

Me confié de los comentarios y la verdad no me pareció una buena opción. La ubicación no permite desplazarse a pie a ningún sitio de interés. Tienes que tomar taxi o camión. El restaurante es muy regular y las habitaciones en su mayoría antiguas y con olor raro. Nos cambiaron a una mejor después de la primera noche que nos quejamos. La atención de Vianey en la recepción cabe resaltarla. Muy atenta y servicial.
