Staycation for work and leisure
Pros:

Fantastic food - the package I booked included breakfast, lunch and dinner and I ate every meal at the hotel because it was so good! Buffet style - very good quality, variety and taste

Cons:

Location is abysmal - nothing interesting around the property or the views, and the access road has high traffic so getting anywhere and back takes a long time

This is one of the best hotels i stayed
Pros:

From the front desk to the cleaners every staff member was ever willing to assist us.The accommodation,the food and the ambience was top notch.Will definitely stay again..The Location is perfect

Pros:

Dinner and breakfast was amazing, I would like more fruits and vegetables but other than that the food was nice.

They supply you with new toothpaste and toothbrush when requested

Staff outside the main entrance was kind and helpful

Cons:

The location is far from the centre and the surrounding area is not great. Phoenix Market city is a 5-10 minute walk.

I had a door which led to another hotel room and you could hear them shouting, talking etc which should not be the case. You could also listen to every conversation they had

On more than one occasion housekeepikg banged on my door even though my do not disturb sign was on, which was clearly visible from the outside

I checked out a day early due to business requirements and the hotel refused to give me my money back for that day. This would not be an issue if other hotels did this but every hotel I have stayed in would give me my money back. Which is a shame

Overall, I would probably avoid this hotel. You can get better prices elsewhere in a much better location.

Pros:

Nice and clean place, friendly staff, convenient location for airport transfers; room price included all meals; excellent buffeat with Indian and continental items.
