A great stay in Zermatt!
Pros:

Very well located. Few steps from the train station and grocery stores. It's clean and well equipped. WiFi is great.

Luxurious chalet with amazing view
Pros:

Location is about 15 minutes walk from the train station. The chalet is large, extremely well furnished and equipped. The kitchen is very well equipped. Staff are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the sauna and BBQ.

Cons:

Lots of hills and stairs to get up there, but the view is worth it! The lift stopped suddenly and made clunking noises, might need attention. There was a large spider in the bath.

Todo: Ubicación, limpieza, vista (no se ve el Matterhorn, pero igual es excelente).

Cons:

Arreglen la mampara de baño, no cierra hermética y sale agua por abajo en la unión de ambas puertas. Cambien la lámpara del artefacto del estar. No alumbra bien.

Pros:

Very quiet and comfortable.

Cons:

It was up a very big hill and because the property company rents many properties around town, this property was not on the location I originally booked on Booking.com. It was literally on the other side of town uphill.
