Parking was a challenge
Staff were kind and friendly - I arrived early in the morning and had my bags easily stored for the day and was offered coffee straightaway! Great location (right across from a climbing gym, which was a huge plus for me) - will book again!
Not necessarily a dislike but locks were old-school key lock (on a carabiner!) - so just a note for anyone expecting modern key cards :)
Easy parking, close to everything, great view, and very quite being so close to Spadina
Only (small) issue is the small set of stairs at the entrance.
Online says the venue is accessible, the stairs say other wise

We most appreciated the position and in the morning the cup of coffee offered in the lobby.
The split Heating/AC unit was quite noisy, lack of separating door between bedroom and bathroom (at least toilette) was not very well-thought.
For the price, the room was all I needed. The bed was comfortable as well as the pillows.
I found the lighting, not very efficient. In the bathroom, it was very difficult to put my makeup on and in the actual room it was dark with just the desk lamp.
location, friendly staff and loved that they had a bar and restaurant at the bottom of the hotel. Best downtown Toronto hotel for the price by far
If you're coming in past 11. You need to wait for the reception to let you in. That being said, for the price I paid this is a very minor inconvenience
It was different, comfortable and convenient.
