Issimo Suites Boutique Hotel & Spa - Adults Only

We didn’t actually stay at the hotel but on the coastal walk between beaches we met Jeremy who was working at the beach. He asked about our hike and chatted about the animals we had seen. I explained that we were disappointed not to have seen any sloths, to which he pointed at some trees and took us to see two sleeping sloths! He told us all about them which was lovely! We’re very grateful for Jeremy being so personable and helpful! A credit to the hotel!

Gorgeous spot on built into the side of the mountain. We stayed just one night to meet someone in the area but had an excellent experience. The view is breathtaking and the staff are wonderful. Had a great dinner and breakfast included was delicious. Room was very clean and the staff immediately ran may husbands sunglasses he left on the table at dinner down to our room without us asking. Great price also!

This place was the perfect way to end our honeymoon trip to Costa Rica. Loved how eco conscious this hotel was. It was a beautiful, quiet stay tucked away in the jungle with close access to the beach. The monkeys paid us a visit on the patio and we heard them around the hotel, which was a pretty cool experience! The pool is very nice and clean and was a great way to cool off after the beach and our excursions. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they offer a lot of fun excursions and experiences you can book right from your hotel. We also booked a couples massage, which was heavenly! Highly recommend for a romantic/honeymoon/anniversary trip, especially for nature lovers!

This hotel was the highlight of our trip. The staff always made sure we had everything we needed or wanted. They were always friendly and helpful. The restaurant had beautiful views and amazing food and service. Parrots, Monkeys and Toucans always around the property.

When we return to Manuel Antonio, this is the place we will stay!

We stayed here for 6 days, 1/2 of our honeymoon and loved it! Excellent food with service to match. Waking up with a view of the Pacific Ocean was killer and eating dinner while monkeys played near (or on) the property was a next level experience. Plenty of things to do around town. Definitely rent a car as it’s a steep hike to town.

This place is absolutely incredible! The views are amazing, wildlife (3 different types of monkeys, sloths, parrots, macaws, toucans) every direction you look and a great beach just a 5 minute walk down the street with the same types of animals. At the beach there are locals you can give money to for drinks/chairs/umbrellas. Around the place, there are restaurants you can go to as well. Every single employee was incredibly friendly and helpful. They helped us book adventures with reliable companies that were awesome. Our room was great and spacious. My only thoughts are if you have people staying for several days, play a different playlist at the pool, but the service and happy hour cocktails were out of this world. There's nothing better than swimming in the pool, looking out over the ocean while monkeys are in the trees with a pina colada in your hand! Highly recommend.

Our waiter Alejandro was great, he made our stay there fantastic. He should be the manager there, he took care of us when the manager never show her face to deal our complaints.

Such an amazing experience! They go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. First time out of the country and it was the best time!!! Drinks, food, pool, animal watching, views, jacuzzi, massages - everything was excellent. Thank you alejandro, julia and everyone else. Everything is amazing!! Stay here it is worth it.

Small boutique hotel that was good. Rooms a little outdated but fine. Loved how the monkeys came to your balcony but be careful because they will take things

The panoramic view was absolutely gorgeous. The staff was amazing. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Beautiful property, exceptionally accommodating staff. Food in the restaurant was delicious. Spacious room with great views. The pool area is beautiful… complete with daily visits from capuchin monkeys! The massage services were a lovely bonus! Would definitely recommend!

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Upon arrival we were given a tour of the property and our room. Anything we asked for was provided and all staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. Restaurant was amazing. Great patio area for relaxing and watching the monkeys play in trees on the grounds. Amazing views from deck in room, restaurant and pool area.

Would definitely recommend and would stay here again if we are ever back in the area.

Beautiful hotel with amazing views. The staff are wonderful, provide top notch service. The reason I cannot leave a five star review is because we struggle getting hot water every single day. Each room has a jacuzzi and we weren't able to use it because of the cold water. The shower lukewarm at best. They really need to invest in a proper water heating system.

The friendliness of the staff was exceptional. They went out of their way to make your stay wonderful! The restaurant views are a 10 and the cleanliness around the property and especially the pool was impeccable. Parking was very easy and a few steps from the entrance! I highly recommend this hotel !
