Avoid this hotel at any cost
Pros:

Very very bad experience and that too on the last day of the year.
They were not ready to honour the web booking and were ready to give a written letter to that effect.
Ultimately good sense prevailed and we checked in. Mediocre rooms and facilities.

You must double check the properties and hotels before you put on your website.

Pros:

Booked the better range of rooms (Super Deluxe) in this mountain resort hotel. Upon arrival, discovered it is a budget hotel. Staff showed us to a room with a view of - a wall. When we protested, he showed us to a room in what was the lowest level, but with a decent view. Breakfast commenced at 0830 (sunrise is at 0530). It was included, so we waited. It comprised chappati (Indian bread), slices of plain white bread, melted butter in a common tin bowl and some slime masquerading as jam, also in a common tin bowl. We had to have breakfast in town instead.
