Check in procedure was appalling. Confirmation email sent us to the wrong building. There was no reception or notice board telling us, and other people milling around, what to do. "Luckily" we set off, on foot, in icy conditions in the right direction to another building, only to be told that we still weren't in the right building. All in all, what with one thing and another, it took us about 2hrs to get settled. Also, there was no bar or restaurant in the building as advertised. My husband overheard one lady asking reception where the ski hire shop was only to be told that they didn't know.

La première fois que je suis venue j'ai beaucoup apprécié l'hôtel et comptait en faire une étape régulière pour mes déplacements professionnels. Cependant j'ai été déçue la 2eme fois lorsque, tombée en panne sur l'autoroute, après une après midi extrêmement pénible, je n'ai pu me rendre à l'hotel le soir même et ai du me résoudre à dormir 200km avant Thiers. L'hôtel a refusé mon annulation et a comptabilité la nuit malgré ma demande.

Pas de clim, un accueil froid et quelques mouches donc déçu

Hôtel entièrement rénové très joliment , chambre avec salle d'eau bien isolée et bien décoré moderne et très propre. Je recommande cet hotel sans problème. Très satisfait. Petit déjeuner avec du choix au buffet avec joli salle et très belle terrasse qui doit être très agréable l'été.
Restaurant haut de gamme avec cuisine raffiné et recherché autant dans le gout que la présentation ; dommage qu'il n'y ai pas un menu d'entrée de gamme un peu moins chèr. Belle salle de restaurant avec des chaises très confortable.

Hotel propre et calme. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Le wifi fonctionne parfaitement et le parking est gratuit. Petit déjeuner sans prétention. Il y a un mini bar, chose qui tend à se perdre... Ça dépanne bien...

Hôtel Etap très appréciable pour un séjour d'une ou deux nuits véhicule obligatoire pouvoir visiter

Agréable petit hôtel, très confortable et abordable en soirée étape. Les chambres sont au calme et bien équipées, le wifi fonctionne bien.
La table d'Eliane, le restaurant de l'hôtel, est réputé dans la région, il serait donc dommage de s'en priver en séjournant là. Les plats sont bien présentés et savoureux, même si le service est parfois un peu long aux heures de pointe ...

Very nice hotel, convenient for travelling to Vichy as my husband is competing in the Ironman. I believe we were in a disabled access room so it was very spacious. The only downside was that as a ground floor room, it had sheer net curtains, which didn’t offer us much privacy from the walkway outside, however this may be a necessary safety feature of disabled access rooms. I think it’s the only room in the hotel where this would have been an issue anyway. Otherwise we had a lovely stay.

Nice place, very clean, quiet and efficient. Room was a bit of a tight squeeze, with the night table jutting into the bathroom doorway, but I was comfortable. The fixtures are all modern, and I was happy to have a choice between AC and an open window. The staff was very pleasant. The receptionist kindly took my heavy suitcase up the stairs to my room. The fresh bread and croissants for breakfast were delicious. Overall, I recommend this hotel.
