Excellent accommodation. Would stay there again. Great.
Perfect location and staff . But music from bars around the hotel is too high
The hotel is in the centre surrounded by bars and night clubs. Loud music keeps you awake until 2 in the morning, it’s horrendous. It is like trying to sleep at a pop concert.
Fast and good in administration, Swimming Pool, Everning gethering for a drink or Apero
near zaytoun bay, old town, shoping, cinema and many Restaurants, moderate pricing
good for tourist and busibness
We were pleased we had chosen this hotel instead of pricer alternatives. It is in the heart of the downtown area but in a very quiet location. The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good and staff were pleasant and helpful.
A very goid location in a traditional setting and renovated. A must try for fun time surrounding close to all areas with a very short taxi drive . Rooms are nice views are nice with balconies with fresh air
On the plus side this hotel has a great location in being very near to most of the things you'd want to do in Beirut. The staff are also friendly and do their best to help you.
However the main issue is the noise. If you get offered room 308 then immediately demand a change - you will not sleep! I was given this room with absolutely no warning of noise - my room was the equivalent of sleeping directly next to a live band! After four phone calls to reception where I was repeatedly told 'it will stop' the music did not stop and I demanded to change room, which was quite an annoying procedure at 1am having unpacked and being there on business with work the next day.
I was moved to room 403, which was significantly quieter, however you can still here the bars outside but in comparison to 308 it was a vast improvement.
The hotel feels quite old and in need of a re-furb, however it has all the basic amenities and is comfortable and friendly aside from the noise.
The gym is essentially a treadmill but no one was ever in it except for me so that was ok.
I stayed here for six nights, and for my needs would stay in another part of the city on a return visit. The room size is good, with a separate seating and work area from the bedroom. The heavy curtains work well to block out the sun if you need darkness for sleeping. Nothing can be done, however, to block out the noise. As other reviewers have noted the nightclub downstairs blasts music until 2-3am on the weekends, and until 1am other nights. Be prepared! (I had requested a quiet room although did not receive one, if they even exist??)
The bathroom is also a good size although the lighting in the bathroom is extremely dull, even with all of the lights on. The minibar and other amenities are decent and sometimes refilled.
Overall the property is tired and worn. As it is advertised as a boutique hotel I did not expect standard 5* quality, however, this property is certainly not a 4* or 5* property however you rate it. Service levels are average, and few staff members ever said a word to me coming or going or even acknowledged my presence in any way.
I was booked on the non-smoking floor and for several nights of my stay there was a/were heavy smoker/s in the room next door. It was so bad that the smoke woke me up.
One evening the pool/bar area was booked for a private party, and there was no notice of this in the lobby or my room so I went upstairs to relax for a bit and walked into a mess. I'm sure it could be a nice space for a drink, but I cannot confirm.
The level of cleanliness is also average. You can tell the rooms are vacuumed as you can see the markings on the well-worn carpet. There were dark hairs in my shower when I checked in, and they remained unmoved in my shower for the entirety of my stay. There was also toothpaste around the mirror and back of the sink area that also remained for my entire stay.
You can easily walk to Beirut Souks, central business areas and nearby neighborhood for shopping, cafes, and nightclubs. If this your thing, then this could be a good location for you. Cars, taxis, etc. cannot reach the hotel directly so you will have a very short walk to reach the hotel if you are dropped off on the nearby road.
Very good location, very nice staff, but really loud street so make sure your room is at the back of the hotel.
Really good street to go out/eat. Very loud music!
Also, unusable pool as really dirty.
Average breakfast, a shame for a country with such amazing food culture.
Great staff with excellent quality of service, very comfortable rooms and excellent location.
Great location - everything is nearby. Friendly staff. You cannot drive up to the hotel - it is on a cobblestone street. Weak AC - was quite humid/stuffy everywhere in the hotel. Very small pool on the rooftop and the bar closes at 11pm.. Breakfast very basic. Soft/old mattress and tired furniture. Overpriced hotel in my opinion.
I stayed at Le Patio Hotel in down town Beirut. Great location in the middle of the downtown part of Beirut and far from the exotic areas and suburbs while close to the business and entertainment districts. The hotel rooms are good, however the internet at the hotel is terrible and doesnt work regularly. The ventilation inside the hotel is not working well. Also faced an issue opening the window which doesnt open...staff are trying their best but not able to sort out the issues I mentioned which are annoying and can affect your stay....
A beautiful boutique hotel in a perfect location. Friendly staff, nice and clean rooms. Breakfast could be improved. The real problem is the vicinity to a Lebanese restaurant with live music (at high volume) till 1.00 a.m. ...
Well the hotel location is great, mid of downtown Beirut, the staff have good hospitality and service, but they have to solve the matter of parking cars, cuz it’s not allowed to bring the car to the door of the hotel and you have to pay extra charges for valet parking,
Helpful staff good rooms excellent breakfast.Small but nice swimming pool and bathing area.Good location for local bars and traditional restaurants.Easy to reach local sites cathedrals, mosques Roman ruins etc.
We spent two nights at Le Patio which is in a perfect location to explore the city. We booked a suite for the 3 of us which provided ample space. Unfortunately the room was above the nightclub and proved to be very noisy. Breakfast was good with delicious croissants, fresh coffee and an array of cheeses and meats. All in all I would recommend the hotel but be sure to ask for a quiet room.
Good value hotel in a great central location to explore Beirut. I would use it again but there were a few down points.
The breakfast room is a little gloomy and the choice gets a little boring by the third day.
When we were there, May 2019, the rooftop pool and bar area which look great in the photos were closed for repair. Works didn’t advance during our stay so this may not reopen soon.
The bars in the street are noisy after 22:00 especially at the weekend. We were on the 5th floor and a light sleeper would certainly be kept awake!
Bonus point for our room was a large outside patio around 2 sides of the hotel, great for views of the city.

Le Patio Boutique Hotel has a central location. Just minutes walk away from famous landmarks of Beirut such as the Mohammad Al-Amin Mosque and Maronite Cathedral of Saint George. This hotel has spacious room and beautiful decoration. Hotel staff are helpful and friendly. They provide useful suggestions and can help arranging tour. Breakfast doesn’t have many options, but staff is very nice and juice/yogurt qualities are high. There are quite a few restaurants and bars near the hotel. A good place to have night life. Overall, I think it is a nice hotel to stay.
Best location and hotels is boutique hotel . I recommend
