Dark & dingy.
Apartment 6 was right at the back of a dark cold hallway and then we had to push button ( not electric, think old fashioned safe combo 🤔)a combo code in to unlock the door each time we wanted to leave.
There was left over belongings in room from previous guest.
Cold. Heat pump down stairs but didn’t heat living area which was upstairs. Small wall heater upstairs was on a timer only - so it would switch off after 15 mins or so and then you would have to keep switching it back on. Obviously as they didn’t want guests using too much power - but it was so so cold we needed it going continuously!
Bathrooms cramped - clothes dryer was located in the bedroom which was weird.
Just all round overpriced for tired cold accomodation.
No parking, not even a place to pull in and unload your luggage.

Quirky nice comfortable apartment. No parking which Is a nightmare at time of booking. Dunedin is a giant car park with cars everywhere. Had to resort to the Wilson Cark at $10 per 12 hours best price. Apartment was clean but had problems, tv cutting out as over a heater and shower coming away from the wall but apart from that an enjoyable stay although over priced.

Fantastic location for Dunedin Octagon access, yet still pretty quiet.
Having to 'juggle' the parking was a bit of a pain. No real problems, but just a layer of effort we'd be happier without.
Good location, well maintained, quiet.
PARKING, we managed to manoeuvre the car around. That would be the only downside in not having an allocated car spot.
There is no cupboard provision for the 2nd bedroom if you were staying for a longer period.
