Wouldnt go back there. Cleaning was not good at all. They just remake the bed. They never changed sheets or pillow for the whole week. It didnt smell good after cleaning either. The elevator is horrible. Bathroom is very small of size. Toilet is placed very narrow. The room were old and outdated. Beds are extremly hard. The staff wasnt very nice and polite either. My son got a deep cut in the swingpool there, and he bleeded a lot. I told them it needed to be cleaned up all the blood. They just gave me a small tray with cold water from bar that i could wash it away with. Throw it over they said... Food also isnt good. We got frozen chicken in our nachos... pay more and get better hotel is my advice.

Hotel location good. Close to the beach, walking distance to the center and bus to Alanya only took 10-15 minutes.
The hotel's standard was below average. Dirt everywhere except at the reception! They never cleaned the sunbeds or around the pool during the whole week. There were so many ants crawling around and feasting on old spilled sugar.
In the room they never changed the sheets, ever! They just remake the bed with the same bedspread and brushed away crumbs.
There was a strong smell of mold in the bathroom, and around the shower and shower cubicle it was clear how poorly it was cleaned.
Dishwashing is not included, nor was there anything to wash with. Neither washing liquid nor brush.
There were not enough plates and spoons etc for all four of us.

I remember stayıng ın thıs Hotel 30 yrs ago thıs week. Tımes have changed and so has the name, but ın my opınıon ıts stıll one of the top 3 hotels ın Alanya. We now lıve here and go to Bella Bravo regular for a meal and drınks and use the pool. Its very clean and tıdy. Toılets and kıtchen are new and spotless. The staff couldn't make you feel more welcome and at home ıf they trıed.Genghis and hıs mate who look after the Bar/Pool and Resturant wıll look after your every need. I can guarantee you wıll love thıs Hotel ıf you gıve ıt a try.

The pillows had dirty looking stains on them. I wasn't expecting much, but clean bedding is a bare minimum. The area wasn't bad. The hotel itself was difficult to find because google maps didn't have it properly in their system. I wouldn't return because of the dirty appearing linens. It was an okay room otherwise.

at the hotel you feel at home, while getting the best service in the world. The hotel is located 50 meters from the beach and 200 meters from the center with shops and restaurants.

Lite kjøkkenutstyr, kjøleskap som bråka. Dårlig vask av rommet og utskifting av håndklær.

Very nice place with nice people and helpful. Pool excellent.

Nous sommes arrivés à l hôtel sur les coup de 16h30 il fesait 39 degré on avaient hâte d être au frais dans la chambre quelle fut pas notre surprise quand pour commencer on ne trouva aucun parking alors que sur le site on nous en indiquait un ! Le réceptionniste nous a tout simplement dit de nous garer dans la rue . Ensuite tout s est accumuler je vais donc faire bref en gros pas de lit bébé alors que si on a réserver c est parce qu' on nous garantissait un lit bébé. .. hôtel vieux limite hygiénique. .. notre porte d appart hôtel était cassé tout le monde pouvait y entrer comme dans un moulin ... l etat de l appart hôtel laissait a désirer cheveux et protège tampons dans les toilettes a boire et à manger a l intérieur des placard . Clim dans la chambre qui ne marchait pas et en plus on nous demande 5 euros pour une clim plus que vieillissante ! Alors nous avons tous simplement repris nos sacs heureusement nous n avions pas tous montés nos bagages ! Et nous avons quittés cette hôtel catastrophique et mensonger soit disant a 4 km du centre . Nous avons calculé 10 kilomètre et grâce ou plutôt a cause de cet hôtel nous avons du chercher un autre hôtel sous 39 degré avec un bébé et ce jusqu a 20h alors je ne recommandé pas du tout cet hôtel et je vous prie de bien vouloir prendre en considération ce message car quand on réserve sur des sites spécialisé sur les hôtel on aimerait bien ne pas être déçu voir plus vu la journée qu' on a passés !!

We stayed at Bella Bravo for a week in may. We had a fantastic flat with a big terrace, from where we could see the sea, and follow what happened at the street. It is close to the bus stops to and from Alanya - and you can find beautiful spots nearby

This Hotel is really nice, there is quiet (maybe because of September month) and the staff are very friendly, but maybe they should sleep some more, some of them looked very very sleepy (end of season maybe). you should work very hard to get a smile out of them..
Pool area is spotless, and big enough, you could always get a sunbed. the water was nice and clean.
The room we got was great, nice and big, everyting you should use was there, the cleaning was
made everyday, and also spotless.
The location of the Hotel is not a problem, 10-15 Min. in a bus, and you are in Centrum, but you dont need to go into centrum to eat or drink, there are many shops, bars, resturants in the area.
We will clearly live there again, it is a great hotel..

Good value for the relatively cheap price. Helpful staff. Breakfast ok. Location ok, near the beach and the Ataturk caddesi. The traffic noise and shouts etc from the pool and restaurant area were a bit disturbing at nighttimes.
