Pros:

Geweldig uitzicht, mooie kamer, zeer vriendelijk personeel, goed ontbijt, goede taxiservice voor station en skiliften.

Cons:

Dat Booking.com een behoorlijk hogere prijs rekent dan het hotel zelf: op vijf nachten maar liefst € 800,- duurder! Daar kwamen we ter plekke achter. Dus: boek op eigen hotelsite.

Horrible and racist front desk staff who made me feel unwelcome throughout my stay. The breakfast wait staff was also overly friendly and flirtatious, which made me uncomfortable. Is it normal for wait staff to flirt with guests and to insist inviting them to their homes?

When I arrived in the afternoon, I was not given a proper check-in explanation about the shuttle to the ski resort. I had to rely on a bulletin board in the lobby, which said the pickup and drop-off were at the same location. The morning trip to the resort worked fine, but in the afternoon I waited at that same spot and the shuttle never came. Since I’m traveling internationally, I couldn’t call the hotel, so I messaged them on Booking.com and was told 12 minutes later that the shuttle doesn’t stop at Hörnli, only at Brügli. I had to take public transport there to get picked up, which caused me to miss a work call.

A staff member later told me they usually explain the shuttle during check-in, which I clearly never received. The next day, when my friend had planned to arrive to stay with me, the front desk rudely claimed I had only booked for one person and would need to pay extra.

I went back to my room and checked my reservation and confirmed it was for two people. They later called back saying they were mistaken, but offered no apology.

Frustrated by the poor treatment and constant miscommunication, I decided to leave early.

I would steer clear of this place.

Alles sehr gut. Zimmer, Esszimmer, Baar sind hübsch und gemütlich eingerichtet. Neuer Pool. Das Personal war nett.
Super, dass es ein Fumoir hatte.

Cons:

Der Pool war etwas kühl. Das ist mindestens die Meinung von etwa 4 anderen Schwimmer.
Die Masseuse fand ich nicht gut. Zudem hat sie nicht nur den Haaransatz sondern einen Grossteil meiner Haare mit Öl getränkt: Sie könnte eine Haube an ihre Kunde zu Beginn abgegeben.

Wunderschöne sicht in die Berge. Sehr Sympathisches und Hilfsbereites Personal. Die Zimmer sind in Top zustand. Das kleine Grüsschen zum Geburtstag hat mich sehr gefreut. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
