Cons:

La piscina,le faltaba limpieza (clorar)las aguas estaban turbias,sin sala de vestidores ni casilleros,por lo cual se moja el pasillo al salir de la piscina, no hay donde cambiarse.

Comodísimo pero alejado.

La habitación muy cómoda e impecable.

Cons:

En las aplicaciones aparece como Hotel Diego de Almagro pero Google no lo reconoce entonces te envía a cualquier dirección. Sólo cuando escribís "Lomas Verdes" te indica correctamente. Dimos vueltas por las carreteras chilenas como 1 hora. Éramos varios en esa situación. Deberían modificar el nombre del hotel en las apps para que sea mas sencillo llegar.

Nos quedamos a cenar en el hotel porque está alejado del centro y en el restaurante no había entradas y de los platos principales solo quedaban dos. No es grave pero para un hotel tan grande nos resultó extraño.

¡Lindo Hotel y con servicio muy cordial!
Pros:

¡Todo! Los recepcionistas muy amables y pendientes de que todo estuviese bien. Llegué con un bebé prematuro y me facilitaron una cuna, además de ayudarme en todo. El Restaurante es muy rico, gourmet y rápido. El desayuno estaba muy variado y delicioso. La habitación era muy espaciosa, contaba con aire acondicionado, Smart TV, baño espacioso, etc. La ubicación está ideal si necesitas ir a la Clínica Andes Salud, que queda al frente. Además, estás próximo al Puente Llacolén, muy lindo para hacer deporte y ver el atardecer.

Tiene buena ubicación para mi trabajo.

Cons:

La persona que me recibió a la salida del hotel, al pedirle la factura no saluda, muy poco amable, ha la pesado y no se despide. Muy mal, eso echó a perder toda la estadía. Se comportó muy mal educado y todo el tiempo con cara de enojado. Mi habitación era 311, no se el nombre de la persona.

Quiero dejar una felicitacion al señor Nelson Almendras quien amablemente solucionóel problema que se presentaba en mi pieza.

Cons:

Las dos veces que he ido, he encontrado pelos en la tina.
La primera noche no pude dormir porque hacia la pieza habia un foco que iluminaba todo, por lo que la noche parecía de día.

No sé si vuelva, la atención del recepcionista a las 06.30 hrs, muy mala, deja bastante que desear

Nos tocó agua helada para la ducha de las 06:00 AM, ante la sugerencia en recepción a esa hora, no le importó a la persona que estaba encargada, diciendo explícitamente "si es malo el agua fría, ahí está el libro de reclamos" . No me parece la respuesta
