Lovely spa and hotell experience
Pros:

Clean, spacious room with the most amazing view. We watched both sunrise and sunset over the mountain tops from here and both were just as magical. The staff were super friendly during the whole stay and helped us with restaurant recommendations and other questions. The spa area is really nice and was super quiet during dinner time, allowing us to almost have it all to our selves. The breakfast was really good as well, with large selection of sweet and savory foods. We loved staying here!

Cons:

The water pressure in the showers isn’t the best but enough to get a good scrub.

ארוחת בוקר נחמדה אך מוגבלת יחסית למחיר ולמלונות דומים, מקבלת ציון שבע וחצי. תמחור של שלושה יורו לכפכפים בהחלט לא מכובד, בכל מלון דומה יש כפכפי בריכה פשוטים בחדר, באמת לא מובן לי החיסכון הזה

Comfortabel hotel in mooi plaatsje in de Elzas
Pros:

Het hotel is mooi ingericht. We hadden een kamer in twee lagen: het badkamer deel was via een steile wenteltrap bereikbaar. Heel leuk gemaakt, maar als je 's nachts naar de wc moest wat lastiger.
Het ontbijt was goed, lekker roerei, je kon sinaasappel - en wortelsap zelf maken, maar je moest wel op tijd zijn. Vanaf 9.30 uur werd brood niet bijgevuld en was er alleen nog wat stokbrood.
Het plaatsje is erg mooi ligt hoog in de Elzas.

Cons:

Het reserveren voor het restaurant was erg ingewikkeld. Je moest kiezen uit verschillende menu's of a la carte zonder dat je die had gezien. Bij ons ging dat dan ook mis. Het dagmenu bleek eigenlijk een hal pension menu te zijn. Uiteindelijk konden we hier toch gebruik van maken, hoewel we geen half pension hadden geboekt.

Mooi en aangenaam verblijf in de Elzas
Pros:

Het hotel is prachtig gelegen en het is er rustig. Het zwembad is prachtig en er zijn fijne ligbedden binnen en buiten. Op de kamer staat een mand met badjassen en handdoeken en je kunt binnendoor naar het zwembad. Mooi restaurant met goede kwaliteitprijsverhouding en erg vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

De kamer is erg warm en in de badkamer lijkt het licht een warmtelamp. Ook het koelkastje levert veel warmte. Voor de zomer was het dikke dekbed ook echt teveel van het goede. Met de luiken dicht is het lekker donker maar dat houdt ook de koele buitenlucht tegen.

Amazing hotel with amazing staff and facilities. Totally recommend the restaurant.
Pros:

The hotel was absolutely amazing. Amazing staff, amazing area and no complaints at all.
The restaurant experience was something else the staff were wonderful and very attentive. Our waiter Jean-Marc was so personal and nothing was too much for him.
Overall I would come back again and wished we stayed longer.
