Very comfortable and close to the ski lifts
Pros:

The apartment was very clean and had all the ammenities to cook our own meals, including washing machine and dishes. There is a supermarket right next to the hotel and it's a 15 minute walk to the city center and the ski lifts. Parking for the car included.

Cons:

The WiFi was a bit poor and some more rolls of toilet paper would be appreciated.

Pros:

This is our second time in this hotel. We like the rooms - spacious, comfortable, cozy. Beautiful view to a big, green lawn. There is everything inside one needs.
Breakfast of excellent quality of the products!
Pleasant walk from the hotel to the centre of Megève (10 min) and back (another 10 minutes). A Carrefour, a pharmacy open every day, a gaz station and even a McDonald's a few seconds from the hotel. Quiet spot with a lot of space and commodities around.
Big free parking lot in front of the hotel and underground.

01. Δεν υπήρχε καθόλου καθαριότητα δωματίου όσο παρ μείναμε στο κατάλυμα
02. Υπήρχε μόνο μια πετσέτα μετρίου μεγέθους για κάθε άτομο στο σύνολο διαμονής μας (4 ημέρες)
03. Απότομη και μη εξυπηρετική συμπεριφορά από το προσωπικό.

un hotel jalnic care mi-a marcat tot sejurul.
Pros:

amplasarea

Cons:

curatenia precara la preluarea camerei, pe intreaga perioada a sejurului de 8 zile nu a venit nimeni sa schimbe prosoapele sau lenjeria, mobilier foarte vechi si de prost gust. Cred ca acest hotel ar trebui inchis si renovat complet inclusiv personalul si administratorul schimbat.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν αρκετά ευρύχωρο και το κατάλυμα είναι δίπλα από το κέντρο του χωριού, λίγα λεπτά περπάτημα. Μας άρεσε επίσης που είχε όλον τον απαραίτητο εξοπλισμό στην κουζίνα, σκεύη, πιάτα, ψυγείο, τα πάντα.

Cons:

Καταλαβαίνω ότι το ξενοδοχείο αυτό είναι φθηνότερο συγκριτικά με τα άλλα της περιοχής, αλλά από ένα ξενοδοχείο είχαμε και κάποιες βασικές προσδοκίες. Αρχικά διανυκτερεύσαμε οκτώ βράδια και το δωμάτιο είχε μόνο δύο πετσετες, μια για τον καθένα μας. Αν ήθελες αλλαγή έπρεπε να πληρώσεις έξτρα. Όπως μας είπαν από την πρώτη μέρα δεν υπήρχε housekeeping οπότε δεν καθαριζόταν το δωμάτιο, έπρεπε να ζητήσουμε σφουγγαρίστρα και κουβά από την ρεσεψιόν. Επιπλέον δεν αισθανθήκαμε από το προσωπικό μεγάλη φιλοξενία, δεν ήταν και ιδιαίτερα φιλικοί. Την χειρότερη εντύπωση όμως μας την δημιουργήσανε την τελευταία μας μέρα σχετικά με το πρωινό. Μας είχαν πει κατά την διάρκεια του check in μας ότι αν θέλουμε να κατεβούμε για πρωινό (ένας μικρός μπουφές) έπρεπε να κάνουμε κράτηση μια μέρα πριν. Κάναμε λοιπόν αλλά δεν καταφέραμε να παρευρεθούμε (γιατί ήμασταν εκτός πόλης και διανυκτευσαμε άλλου για μια μέρα). Τους πήραμε τηλέφωνο όμως για να τους ενημερώσουμε το απόγευμα για να ακυρώσουν την κράτηση και δεν μας το σήκωσαν ποτέ. Την επόμενη μέρα λοιπόν η κυρία στην ρεσεψιόν θεώρησε ότι έπρεπε να πληρώσουμε για αυτό το πρωινό που δεν καταναλώσαμε γιατί όπως είπε έστησαν τον μπουφέ μόνο για μας (κανένας άλλος πελάτης δηλαδή εκείνη την μέρα δεν είχε ζητήσει πρωινό σύμφωνα με εκείνη) και όταν της είπαμε ότι προσπαθήσαμε να σας πάρουμε μας έλεγε ότι έπρεπε να της στείλουμε sms. Πρώτον, ο αριθμός ήταν σταθερού τηλεφώνου και όχι κινητού για να μπορέσουμε να στείλουμε μήνυμα. Εκείνη δεν είχε δει καν την αναπάντητη μας είπε ότι την παίρνουν πολλές φορες μες στην μέρα και γίνεται προώθηση στο κινητό της και δεν μπορεί να κάθεται να τα βλέπει. Δεύτερον θεωρώ ότι είναι δική τους υποχρέωση να επικοινωνήσουν με τον πελάτη και όχι να περιμένουν από τον πελάτη και να παίρνει τηλέφωνο αλλά και να στέλνει μήνυμα. Και τριτον δεν μας είχαν ενημερώσει ποτέ ότι θα χρεωνομασταν το πρωινό αν δεν εμφανιζομασταν. Η κυρία νευρίασε μαζί μας που της τα λέγαμε αυτά και δεν το συνέχισε με την πληρωμή.

Zameldowanie dopiero od godziny 17, za to wymeldowanie już o 10. Pani z recepcji niezbyt uprzejma i pomocna. Brak żelazka w pokoju ani możliwości skorzystania z ogólnodostępnego.
