Moderno, udobno, odlično za obilazak grada
Pros:

Hotel je na odličnom položaju za obilazak Pule. Iako nema vlastiti parking, blizu je parking na kojem je lako naći mjesta. Soba i cijeli hotel su moderno uređeni.

Pros:

Staff and location. I ended up cancelling my taxi which was annoying but the reception took care of everything. They are very nice bunch and the location could not be better.

Cons:

Nothing, all good except maybe the light switches were hard to operate.

At the check-in, we were told we couldn't stay there because the hotel was overbooked, even though we had booked through Booking.com. The staff were annoyed and unfriendly.

Great choice of a hotel in beautiful, historic Pula.
Pros:

The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The hotel has paid parking nearby. It is conveniently located to the waterfront, the arena, and many historic sights in the city; which can be reached on foot.

Cons:

A toaster at breakfast would be a nice addition.

Eine Erfahrung, die man nicht noch einmal machen muss

Hotel wirkte im Einga gs- und Rezeptionsbereich sehr gemütlich. Mehr haben wir leider nicht sehen können.

Cons:

Wir hatten dort fest gebucht und auch eine. Bestätigung bekommen. Als wir abends einchecken wollten hieß es nur recht unfreundlich, das Hotel wäre überbucht, man hätte kein Zimmer. Es wurde keine Alternative geboten, keine Hilfe angeboten, nichts. Auch ein Anruf bei Booking endete Ergebnislos, kostete nur viel Telefongebühren und Zeit, brachte aber nichts. Eine angekündigte Erstattung der höheren Übernachtungskosten für ein anderes Hotel haben wir nie erhalten.

Ottima accoglienza da parte dello staff, servizi eccellenti soprattutto la colazione super, camera confortevole. Consigliato per i ciclisti dispone di box per le biciclette ed è facilmente raggiungibile. Posizione ottima.
