I stayed here on two occasions.

Nola in reception on my first visit was exceptionally friendly, professional and attentive.

Victoria, on my second visit, was also exceptionally friendly, professional and attentive and was especially helpful in arranging my airport transfer on my last day-Hvala lepa Victoria for your marvellous assistance and very warm welcome.

I cannot imagine a better alternative in Pula, and I am already looking forward to my next visit.

Iskrena preporuka, smjestaj u blizini Arene i centra grada, najdivniji ljudi koji u hotelu rade
Pros:

Blizina centru grada i Areni, ako idete na koncert. Smjestaj koji je imao sve sto je potrebno, bio uredan i cist. Dorucak, naravno ukusan i raznovrstan. Ukratko - simpatican hotel na savrsnoj lokaciji, a opsirnije - osoblje koje nije moguce opisati, a da ne pises same epitete pa djeluje da pretjerujes - prvo Victoria koja je osvojila nasa srca i pomogla nam da boravak bude savrsen, Nije to puka ljubaznost, to je kao da te docekao voljeni frend. Antonija koja nas je nahranila ruckom u tri slijeda, kusali smo vege (hvala na opciji) i riblju varijantu. Kuha odlicno, a toliko je skromna da nismo isprva ni shvatili da je ona ta koja nam priprema hranu. Od sada - uvijek cemo imati "svoj" hotel i tri slijeda.

Pros:

De ligging van dit hotel was top! Personeel uitzonderlijk vriendelijk, dat heb ik nog niet vaak meegemaakt. De kamer was meer dan in orde, goeie airco, goed bed.

Cons:

Ik was in Pula voor een nachtelijk event en had enkel een bed en douche nodig. Het is dan ook heel jammer dat de housekeeping ongelooflijk veel lawaai maakt op het moment dat je probeert uit te slapen.

Osebje je bilo res čudovito, pomagali so nama pri iskanju parkirišča, ki je v Puli res drago in dali vse potrebne informaclije. Tudi osebje iz kuhjnje je bilo zelo prijazno in ustrežljivo. Super večerja in zajtrk. Priporočam.

Professionalità e simpatia del personale di reception (Viktoria, Kristian), la posizione è perfetta per visitare il centro della città. Le stanze sono bene attrezzate e protette dall'esterno. Colazione ottima, ampia scelta e abbondanza di tutto. Ottima anche la disponibilità dello spazio riservato alla custodia delle biciclette.

Cons:

Mi permetto di obiettare solo la temperatura dell'aria condizionata nella hall, troppo bassa per i miei gusti.
