The position of the hotel was excellent
The views were breathtaking
The bedroom was pleasant
The reception area was tucked away
The dinner was not especially good
The service was slow although it was not that busy to us it seemed a shortage of staff
A toasted sandwich was served cold
The river trip did not have anyone commentating although we were informed there would be
Loads of stairs to get to the bedroom , we are not exactly young
From the welcome on arrival, to the service and the surroundings our stay was exceptional. Food was lovely and plenty of choice on the menu. Look forward to staying here again.

Difficult to find your way around the hotel lots of stairs to climb no lift Reception area was not obvious it was tucked away
Boat trip enjoyable but no commentary on trip so basically just not knowing what we were seeing

Exiting the driveway to the road. Awful blind spots however the locals were always accomodating by giving way
