Романтика, спокойствие и афтентичност
Pros:

Любезен персонал, хубава закуска, хубава стая и безплатен паркинг. Много добра фитнес зала и спа зоната е чиста и удобна. Басейна е малко студеничък за мен ,но пък аз съм зиморничева.

Cons:

Няма

Cons:

The 2 rooms were very different in space & bathroom quality over my stay of 2 nights. Organised separately hence 2 different rooms.

Good hotel in good location.
Pros:

Friendly staff, good food. Quick to deal with issues and offered an alternative room. Clean with comfortable beds. Plenty of parking. Great location for exploring the town or wider area, I went to Anglesey, Snowdon and Llyn Peninsula.

Cons:

Having to pay an extra £10 per night parking as I booked through Booking.com.This apparently is included if booking direct with the hotel. Not being able to use the restaurant because of coach parties in the hotel and coach groups blocking entrance whilst waiting to checkout.

Expensive for what you get although location good and hotel clean and well maintained
Pros:

Good location. Nice welcome in the room for our dog.

Cons:

Need air conditioning in the rooms. I would expect the car park to be free for guests - I did read somewhere that if I booked direct with the hotel this would have been free? If so, unsure why a charge if booking through agency. Breakfast was ok, nothing special- only fresh fruit were apples and water melon neither of which can be added to the natural yogurt that you could have.

Big hotel with lots of potential
Pros:

Very clean hotel and rooms.
A very generous Breakfast buffet, even the room service menu and the resturant menu are made with care.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Bar area service and having a stock of local craft beer.
Location is a walk to the city centre and the old castle.
Quiet area.
Spacious pool and spa area great to relax after a hike.
Soft bed( might be too soft for some)

Cons:

During busy breakfast times it looked like the staff was a bit understaffed. And at some times they would start clearing the buffet stuff too early so you would have to chase someone for a piece of toast or a pot of coffee/tea.

In the room entering the toilet area can be a bit tricky mostly because the tub is a bit long and you can stub your toes on the edge so you have to manoeuvre around the doors carefully to close them.

In the spa in male changing room the lockers needs a bit of refurbish some of them are not in the best state and have rust around so it's not that pleasing to leave stuff in there.

Good hotel, very good location, with clean spacious rooms with a decent breakfast. Good restaurant with nice food.
Pros:

Good hotel, very good location, with clean spacious rooms with a decent breakfast. Good restaurant with nice food and free parking. We had a travelzoo voucher £159 for 2 nights with breakfast for 2 King sized room. The room was good not tired looking. King sized bed. The only 2 grumbles was the quilt was to heavy for the warm weather and no air conditioning. We managed to get the window open after calling room service. The staff with good and friendly. The breakfast was buffet style and decent. We dined one night in the restaurant. I chose the panfried seabass £21. The presentation was good, cooked just right and tasted very good. Lovely big piece of fish and sauce was great. We chose a bottle of Chilian Merlot £28 which complimented the meal well. The service was good and friendly.
