Important information:

When children under 16 are using the pool, there must be adults in attendance, swimming at the same time - not just supervising. The pool is available for junior guests from 8:00 to 18:00 daily with last entry at 17:30 and 8:00 to 11:00 on the day of departure.

Children are not allowed to use the sauna, steam room or gym.

Opening times are as follows:
Monday and Friday: 07.00 to 22.00 with last entry at 21.30 (sauna and steam room open between 08.00 and 19.00).
Saturday and Sunday: 08.00 to 20.00 with last entry at 19.30 (sauna and steam room open between 08.00 and 19.00).

All bank holidays: 08.00 to 20.00 with last entry at 19.30

Dinner, Bed & Breakfast rate:
Adult allowance is now GBP 32.50 per night
Children under 12 allowance is now GBP 16.25 per night

Parking is available for GBP 10 per night.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Comfortable stay
Pros:

Lovely location and facilities. Large comfortable room with plenty of storage. Good breakfast.
Excellent leisure club.

Cons:

Room was dated and not really “superior “. Couldn’t adjust heating and noisy with windows open. Room lacked the extras I would expect in a superior standard eg slippers bathrobes bottled water, better standard of biscuits.

Reception staff were great and keen to put things right, the hotel is lovely and we would highly recommend it.
Pros:

The rooms were good and well equipped. You could open windows! We had just been in a Premier Inn where it was on the damp side and unventilated. The spa facilities were great. Reception rooms for guests downstairs were also good for playing cards and reading. Lovely place!

Cons:

Meals were on the pricey side and there were many different rules surrounding what you could eat and when. Items ran out at breakfast. Some of the staff were idiosyncratic.

Pros:

Excellent location for night out in Caernarfon.
Friendly staff. Nice clean , warm rooms. Lovely breakfast.

Cons:

Was not happy that we had to pay £10 for parking. Stated private parking in advert but didn't state that it cost extra. Pointed this out to staff and pointed out that it wasn't their fault. Please write that parking costs extra in advertisement from now on so that other people will not have the samev unpleasant surprise that we had on arrival.

Pros:

Short walk into town. Nice room. Quiet.

Cons:

WiFi connection was dreadful. Urgent need to install some signal boosters (which are cheap and easy to get hold of). Accessing the WiFi is overly complicated in order to get information about me they have already got.
WiFi kept tripping out.
Similar hotels just provide free WiFi, maybe with a password but nothing more.

Pros:

Pool, gym and facilities were very good, and not busy when I was there (although I went in the evenings)
Breakfast was great (hot, and lots of it)
Room was large and comfortable
Great location, easy walk to everything

Cons:

Rooms felt a little dated and could perhaps do with a refresh
