Important information:

When children under 16 are using the pool, there must be adults in attendance, swimming at the same time - not just supervising. The pool is available for junior guests from 8:00 to 18:00 daily with last entry at 17:30 and 8:00 to 11:00 on the day of departure.

Children are not allowed to use the sauna, steam room or gym.

Opening times are as follows:
Monday and Friday: 07.00 to 22.00 with last entry at 21.30 (sauna and steam room open between 08.00 and 19.00).
Saturday and Sunday: 08.00 to 20.00 with last entry at 19.30 (sauna and steam room open between 08.00 and 19.00).

All bank holidays: 08.00 to 20.00 with last entry at 19.30

Dinner, Bed & Breakfast rate:
Adult allowance is now GBP 32.50 per night
Children under 12 allowance is now GBP 16.25 per night

Parking is available for GBP 10 per night.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Pros:

Short walk into town. Nice room. Quiet.

Cons:

WiFi connection was dreadful. Urgent need to install some signal boosters (which are cheap and easy to get hold of). Accessing the WiFi is overly complicated in order to get information about me they have already got.
WiFi kept tripping out.
Similar hotels just provide free WiFi, maybe with a password but nothing more.

Pros:

Pool, gym and facilities were very good, and not busy when I was there (although I went in the evenings)
Breakfast was great (hot, and lots of it)
Room was large and comfortable
Great location, easy walk to everything

Cons:

Rooms felt a little dated and could perhaps do with a refresh

Lovely hotel with lots of character and great staff. Decent value for money with good bar and food.
Pros:

The hotel is really nice plenty of character, it looks good, mixture of modern and features. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The spa is nice, the bar is good and the food is really nice.

Cons:

The fire escape door next to room 124 was banging with people talking in the fire escape all night
If you don’t book direct they charge you £10 to park

Pros:

Excellent staff, lovely hotel, great pool

Cons:

Family room was above the bar with a live band on, we could feel the floor vibrating, no other rooms available to move us to. Kettle in room didn't work, no replacement available. Hot chocolate provided free of charge from the bar, these were cold. A really disappointing stay

Well worth it
Pros:

Staff were amazing. Extremely helpful. The hotel was clean and tidy. Breakfast was brilliant and the bar meal we had in the evening was superb. Spa services were very clean and I had a whale of a time. Very dog friendly

Pros:

Bardzo dobre śniadania, oraz świetny basen. Bardzo miła obsługa, zawsze pomocna i uśmiechnięta. Świetna lokalizacja.

Cons:

Obudziła mnie i moją rodzinę bardzo głośna muzyka (około 1:30 w nocy). Niestety całe hotolowe ściany aż się trzęsły przez co dzieci jak i ja z żoną nie mogliśmy spać dalej. No i widok z brudnego okna nie zachwycał.

Lovely stay, but would want a room upgrade to consider staying again.
Pros:

Fantastic Staff, lady on reception was brilliant.

Ground floor of the hotel really nice with good lounge and dining areas.

Cons:

The room was a tad disappointing. Decor and furniture very dated.

Only two plug sockets in the room, all at the end of the room farthest from the bed, so no alarm clock on your phone!!

Advertised as PET Friendly.. it is NOT PET friendly.. it is only Dog Friendly.. Need to change the advertising as its technically false advertising. I cancelled and found somewhere else much more accommodating.
