When children under 16 are using the pool, there must be adults in attendance, swimming at the same time - not just supervising. The pool is available for junior guests from 8:00 to 18:00 daily with last entry at 17:30 and 8:00 to 11:00 on the day of departure.
Children are not allowed to use the sauna, steam room or gym.
Opening times are as follows:
Monday and Friday: 07.00 to 22.00 with last entry at 21.30 (sauna and steam room open between 08.00 and 19.00).
Saturday and Sunday: 08.00 to 20.00 with last entry at 19.30 (sauna and steam room open between 08.00 and 19.00).
All bank holidays: 08.00 to 20.00 with last entry at 19.30
Dinner, Bed & Breakfast rate:
Adult allowance is now GBP 32.50 per night
Children under 12 allowance is now GBP 16.25 per night
Parking is available for GBP 10 per night.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Music from bar very loud in rooms
Lovely location
In dining area staff appeared uninterested in us. No eye contact. Dishes weren't cleared away from table. No check to see if all ok. Even when we offered thanks not really acknowledged.
I know they had just served 2 coach loads before us and maybe tired but all customers deserve a good quality of care.
Food was lovely.

This is a hotel of glorious past, and keeps up that tradition. Wonderful interior decor in soothing shades and tints of green, pleasant roof covered swimming pool with a sauna, tasty buffet breakfast, close everywhere, a key bus stop opposite, proffesional and welcoming reception.
The hotel met our needs and expectations.
An addition of a small fridge to each room would be welcome.
Food was plentiful and well cooked (but see reservation about variety below)
All staff were friendly and helpful. The reception staff were particularly so!
The pool & sauna were very pleasant.
The lift was very efficient (necessary for us).
There was always plenty of hot running water.
The choices on the dinner menu were very limited. We would have expected them to vary throughout the stay, but they were the same every evening.
The tables for dinner and breakfast were very small and cluttered.
The need to book an accurate time to dine at breakfast and dinner was an irritation (although we appreciate that it did satisfactorily reduce queues at the breakfast bar).
Dining room service staff should be reminded not to hold the "business end" of cutlery when setting the tables. This was particularly noticeable at breakfast, when the tables were being re-set for the evening meal.
There were no basic amenities in the bathroom (soap, shower cream, shampoo etc) despite us having upgraded because our "King" bedroom had been very small.

Nu mi-a plăcut cum am fost tratați iar cu cina care a fost inclusa am avut experienta negativa de a fi limitați la 60 de lire ținând cont ca am fost 2 adulți și 2 copii și ce am consumat în plus a trebuit sa plătim de la noi! Foarte proasta organizare, trebuia sa ne fi spus de la bun început și astfel nu mai luam cina inclusa!
Spacious room...comfortable beds
Very old fashioned bathroom needs updating..nowhere to put washbag toiletries..Found shower dufficult to get control.Could hear toilet and shower being used from next door room.The room was boiling hot ..would expext fans at this price..The fruit would be better sliced in a big bowl like other hotels..easier to eat with the youghurt.Staff were a bit luke warm.. could be better..
Polite staff, easy to park and check in
It's extremely hot so you try to keep the windows open but the gulls are too loud. I also paid for a deluxe room and got one over all the bins, the food in bistro wasn't great, I left a night early because the area isn't what I expected

£10 per night to park as and added extra was unfair. Rooms were too hot with windows only opening a tiny amount. No air con. And very expensive
I don’t normally write reviews, but with the experience that me and my family had, I couldn’t resist…
I stayed at this hotel last week and I had to write a review! This hotel had the best location, very close to the Caernarfon castle and super close to Asda and home bargains which is perfect for when you want essentials!! The spa was the highlight and reason for my stay and review. The spa was exceptionally clean and perfect for the hot weather. I was also welcomed by a lovely young lady who was very keen on her work and did a very good job explaining the rules for me and my family. unfortunately I don’t remember her name, but she had brown hair and she deserves a praise! My kids thoroughly enjoyed their stay and the pool. We will be back very soon!!!
