Important information:

When children under 16 are using the pool, there must be adults in attendance, swimming at the same time - not just supervising. The pool is available for junior guests from 8:00 to 18:00 daily with last entry at 17:30 and 8:00 to 11:00 on the day of departure.

Children are not allowed to use the sauna, steam room or gym.

Opening times are as follows:
Monday and Friday: 07.00 to 22.00 with last entry at 21.30 (sauna and steam room open between 08.00 and 19.00).
Saturday and Sunday: 08.00 to 20.00 with last entry at 19.30 (sauna and steam room open between 08.00 and 19.00).

All bank holidays: 08.00 to 20.00 with last entry at 19.30

Dinner, Bed & Breakfast rate:
Adult allowance is now GBP 32.50 per night
Children under 12 allowance is now GBP 16.25 per night

Parking is available for GBP 10 per night.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Good location but old dated hotel.
Pros:

The location was good. Room was big. Shower room was good size. Stayed in a family room.

Cons:

Our room wasnt right on arrival. It had 2 beds made, not 3. It was freezing. And abit dingey. They changed our room which then was bigger and had 3 beds made for the 4 of us.
Parking should not be £10, so that was disappointing. Breakfast was quite minimal not much to choose from. The spa area is dated. Changing rooms facilities and pool is dated and worn.

Lovely. Great value for money.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Great gym and spa. Excellent restaurant. Good location.

Cons:

Bedroom decor was tired. Squeaks and noise from the fans etc at the back of the building by our bedroom. There was an event happening on the night we stayed and we had a long wait for food in the restaurant - although it was excellent when it arrived.

Pros:

Location and plenty of parking spaces.

Cons:

Made the mistake of using the swimming pool same time as children swimming lessons 🙈. Notcenough room in the changing room and people so rude taking all the space and parents wearing outdoor shoes by pool side!!!!

A really good find
Pros:

Very comfortable stay
Pros:

Good choice for breakfast but bacon tough.
All staff very friendly.

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that we had to pay £10 per night car park fees. Told that it was booking.com who charged. This is not acceptable and a high price to pay.

Breakfast was good, staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Seems to be run on a shoestring. No bottled water, biscuits in the room. Room was very dated. First night the net curtain and pole fell from the window. On Saturday, room wasn't cleaned till 4.00pm, and on Sunday it wasn't cleaned at all!! I had to ask reception for towels, and toilet roll. Not really what I expected
