Pros:

My room was fine.

Cons:

I booked via Booking.com because I have always found Best Western hotels to be really good, but this was not the case with this hotel. The Booking.com page for this hotel stated Free Parking, but I quickly discovered that the parking was only for 5 vehicles and there was no parking for me. I would have to pay £12 per day for 24 hour parking in a nearby public car park. The hotel's website stated that good food was available in the restaurant, but I discovered on arrival that there were no meals available in the evenings. Besides that I noted that the decoration in the hotel was very tired and did not live up to the standards I have always found in other Best Western hotels.

Overall a lovely hotel with lovely staff
Pros:

Lovely, helpful staff, fantastic location, nice ambiance and nice rooms.

Cons:

Car park - my car could only just fit in the space. My friend's is larger and got scratched on one of the brick columns between the spaces. Nothing sent in advance about how to find the car park/what to do to get in, or about what size of car it is suitable for. It is much smaller than expected and it was difficult to maneouvre.
The curtains in my room were hanging off the hooks, which wasn't good. Otherwise, a very nice room.

Pros:

Beautiful old Inn with tasteful antique decor. A centuries old hospitality establishment within the very city centre near the Cathederal. A stone's throw from central Salisbury where there is lots do and see. A city steeped in history and a beautiful part of England.

Eccezionale per la nostra riunione familiare
Pros:

Grazie mille! Top marks

Cons:

Nulla, tutto perfetto

Wonderful, memorable, would recommend, thank you, especially to Aaron.
Pros:

Really helpful staff. Aaron went out of his way to book us the rooms we wanted as a group and also to provide a Z bed so two friends could share each double room.
We had a wonderful stay, comfortable beds, warm hotel, many thanks

Cons:

The breakfast was good but not as much choice for a vegetarian as the Best Western I stayed in on The Isle of Man in March, which had been exceptional.
