All of it, great location. Nice walk into the city centre. Excellent food and service.
Nothing.
The location was good ( quiet area, plenty of greenery ) & plenty of car parking. The service was polite, friendly & helpful & the food tasty. The hotel is near a bus stop to go into Oxford. The shower room was reasonably large & there was plenty of shelving for our toiletries in the bathroom.
The bed was small & had a very large & heavy duvet. There was no cupboard or drawers for our clothes, only 3 coat hangers where we hung our outer garments. The shower room could do with a little shelf for soap, razors etc. & the bathroom was a little cramped. Our room was right next to the fire door so we could hear other guests coming in & out when we were trying to sleep.
The breakfast was very good. Staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The location was good, we were able to take a bus into central Oxford.
I would have preferred to have a shower cap and lotion in the room
Schöne ruhige Lage, netter Garten und Terrasse, sehr gutes Frühstück. Zimmer ok.
Tische auf Terrasse waren nicht sehr sauber, wurden nicht abgewischt bevor Essen serviert wurde.
Biggest issue was the food. Too few staff. Service very slow. Breakfast buffet kept running out. Dinner took 2.5 hours and was too expensive. Turned out to ge cheaper to dine at the Ivy In Oxford.

Lovely location in a beautiful setting. Well designed and well kept interior. The food served is excellent (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Nice terrace where you can take a drink in the evening. Very dog friendly (you can take them everywhere). Lots of parking spaces. Great walks with the dog. All staff extremely friendly and always very helpful. We liked it so much that we extended our stay.

Staff was fine and tried their best. Location was fine as Oxford is a small place, it was easy to get to most places with taxi.
The place was dirty. And I don’t mean a stain on carpet; dust everywhere, spider webs on the ceiling, cups, etc. Breakfast was okay, so was lunch and dinner options.

The food at dinner and breakfast was good overall and the restaurant was nice. There need to be more clearly marked, and available, vegan options on the dinner menu.
Location, friendly staff and comfortable room. The staff in the dining room in the evening were delightful and very attentive.
The laundry room had been left open and laundry trolley was right outside the door-felt as if I was in a basement.
The breakfast was OK-no bread rolls available and the choice of bread generally was disappointing-had to ask for certain items to be restocked eg orange juice and bread for the toaster.
La chambre est parfaite et très bien équipée, la literie très confortable, la propreté est impeccable, le personnel est au petit soin et très efficace. Le restaurant et le buffet du petit déjeuner sont excellents et de qualité. L'établissement est très bien situé dans un quartier calme avec une décoration soignée. C'était un plaisir de terminé notre séjour en grande Bretagne ici. Nous conseillons vivement cet établissement !

Necesitábamos hotel con parking y no queríamos que estuviera en el centro. Era muy tranquilo. Fue fácil desplazarse desde el hotel en bus al centro de Oxford. El desayuno muy bueno, completo y variado.
No tiene aire acondicionado y viajamos en plena ola de calor. Lo solucionan proporcionándote dos ventiladores, pero ante el futuro de sufrir olas de calor cada vez más frecuentes, deberían plantearse instalar aire acondicionado en las habitaciones.

A beautiful Hotel in a tranquil location, the staff were so friendly and very kindly upgraded our room as it was our Wedding Anniversary. The huge bed was so comfy, the room was absolutely beautiful. This is one of the best Hotels we’ve stayed in and can’t wait to go back
