Location, bar, hotel looks really nice!
Bed was not the most confortable one

Perfect location, beautiful hotel! Rooms were clean and modern but with added comfort. The boys loved the bunk beds. The room was a brilliant size for 4. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again.
The room was really nice and clean and had anything we needed. Comfortable beds too and nice shower over bath.
Location is good, the bus 3 or 3A takes you directly to oxford city centre in 10-15 min.
Breakfast could be better for vegan and gluten free options. I also waited 20 min for 2 pieces of gluten free toast. Allergens not specified on buffet food and coconut milk was off. Very overpriced for what you get.

Liked the fact the hotel accepts dogs. Good garden for dogs. Staff were professional
Sink in bathroom slow draining - filled with water. Body wash in shower was empty. Stains on tiles on wall above loo. Couldn’t have a hot bath as water wouldn’t reach hot temperature. Bathroom towels really thin and scratchy. On opening shower door - dirt in harder to reach areas. Empty box of tissues next to bed with 2 tissues pushed in the top. Only one bathrobe. Couldn’t open window as there was a lock on it - had to get receptionist to un lock. Really didn’t like the fake wood floors and fake leather seating… charmless interior. Weak, tasteless coffee at breakfast from a machine.
A fee minutes walk to the Bus station. The Parking is for free.

Fantastic hotel
The staff was very good ,a big shout out to Wendy who was extremely helpful.
It was very hard to get a drink in the bar ,so much so we went to the local pub
Location is superb and the rooms (family room) were a great spacious size.
On arrival we had an odour in our room, we opened the windows etc and headed into the city centre. When we got back to our room later after dinner in the restaurant the smell was still there. It was then we realised the housekeeping staff hadn’t emptied the bin a soiled nappy from the previous occupants was left in the room.
