We had a lovely stay at your hotel
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was perfect for getting into Oxford, and we liked that our room was in a house away from the main hotel. The breakfast was excellent.

I ordered food at the bar which I collected to have in my room as My room was only around the corner. When I went out to collect as agreed noone was at the bar. I didn't realise it had been left out on a table for me
