Wonderful. Can’t wait to return.
Pros:

Breakfast was fabulous. Plenty of choice, nice and hot. Wendy, who works in the restaurant was exceptional - what a star she is! Lovely dining area. We met the breakfast chef and praised the delicious food served. We hope to return and plan to have dinner there too next time.

Cons:

Me and my husband cannot think of anything we were not happy with!
All staff were so helpful, informative and friendly.
Bed and pillows so comfy. It was a lovely hotel. A great location - we drove to the Park & Ride (5 mins away) left the car there for just £2.50 all day and used the bus into the city centre. Excellent value.

Fantastic as always.
Pros:

Tomek on the front desk was excellent as always, hes very helpful and nothing is to much trouble! The breakfast team are amazing they always make a fuss over our son Alex and make him feel special. The hotel always has a family run feel about it, there's always a famililiar face to make you feel welcome.

Decent room with poor bathroom set-up.
Pros:

The room was clean and tidy, with well-equipped facilities. The environment was absolutely quiet, very suitable for a short break from the city. The staff were OK and I felt welcomed in the hotel. Comfy bed as well.

Cons:

The bathroom/toilet was an absolute disaster. The ventilation wasn't working at all and the window was completely LOCKED. As a result, every time I took a shower, it literally felt like bathing in the Amazon jungle. Everything was moist and wet – the floor, the wall, the mirror, the toilet roll... absolutely disastrous. Avoid room 314 if possible, since you literally have to climb up the stairs with your luggage.

3 night stay.
Pros:

Location lovely, in a nice village but easy walk to the bus stop with regular buses into Oxford city centre.
Large room that was located in a separate building to the main hotel.
Warm and quiet.
Staff at breakfast were really friendly.

Cons:

Nothing. We're travelling back to Oxford again soon so will likely use the hotel again.
