Πέρασα καταπληκτίκα και το συστήνω σε όλους
Pros:

Μου άρεσε πολύ το πρωινό. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι ιδιαιτέρως καθαρό. Κάθε μέρα καθαριζαν το δωματιο μου. Οι άνθρωποι στην reception ήταν πολύ ευγενικοί και πάντα υπήρχε κάποιος εκεί για να σε χαιρετήσει και να σε εξυπηρετήσει. Το δωμάτιο είναι τεράστιο και το μπάνιο πολύ άνετο. Καταπληκτικό! Ημουν ένα άτομο και το δωμάτιο είχε χώρο για τρια άτομα.

El personal muy amable y servicial. Sin duda fue lo mejor del hotel, la gente que trabaja allí. Esperemos que la gerencia pueda invertir más en mejorar el hotel, ya que los trabajadores fueron excelentes.

Cons:

Fuimos varios amigos y coincidimos en que el confort de los colchones no fue el óptimo, todos descansamos muy mal y básicamente fue culpa de la cama. Las habitaciones algo antiguas, cumplen su función pero quizá deberían invertir en su renovación, y más tratándose de un cuatro estrellas.

Personal muy amable en un hotel viejo e incómodo
Pros:

Lo único que me gustó fue el personal, un 10 en trato y amabilidad

Cons:

No puede ser un 4 estrellas a día de hoy, la habitación muy muy antigua, la cama y la almohada muy incómoda

Pros:

En el desayuno había mucha variedad de comida para y fruta para elegir. El café estaba bastante bueno.
La habitación tenía bañera con hidromasaje, la habitación era muy amplia y entraba mucha luz.
Había cafeterías y sitios para comer cercanos.
La estación de tren estaba a 15 min andando.

Cons:

Quizá quedaba un poco retirado del centro, pero había una parada de autobús pegada al hotel y si eres de los que va caminando a todos lados como yo, no sé tardaba nada.

No me gustó mucho la moqueta en las habitaciones, me pareció un poco antiguo, y personalmente me daba un poco de repelús, y las almohadas son muy finas y blandas,
