Great ski location & lovely rooms
Pros:

Great breakfast, rooms & location were excellent

Cons:

The restaurants lacked simpler options for the more fussy of our party! This resulted in us only eating in hotel once & the other nights we ate out.

Pros:

Second time at this hotel, we really like it. Great location, modern, cosy rooms, great spa, good restaurants, great breakfast, nice bar area

The air in the rooms gets very dry at times, helps to sleep with the window open

Séjour incroyable à l’Altapura
Pros:

On s’y sent bien dès l’arrivée, l’ambiance est chaleureuse, la chambre très confortable et le spa parfait après une journée sur les pistes. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et de grande qualité et le dîner était tout simplement délicieux. Mention spéciale à l’équipe, attentionnée et vraiment agréable. J’y retournerai avec plaisir !

A lovely location right on the slopes
Pros:

Location & feel were excellent . The bar area inside and out had a great vibe and was very comfortable.

Cons:

Not much to dislike really. One minor feedback point. When you leave the spar , you have to walk through a foot bath , which is good but you have already discarded your towel so you can’t dry your feet to put your footwear on , to walk back to your room . I walked back in bare feet , which defeated the object of disinfecting my feet.

Absolument tout était parfait ! L’hôtel est magnifique et le personnel vraiment exceptionnel.
Le service ainsi que la qualité des prestations reflètent pleinement le standing de l’établissement.
Je recommande les yeux fermés et nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Decent stay but not a 5*
Pros:

- Great breakfast with wide selection of protein, vegetables and fruits
- Excellent staff - at reception, ski shop and the bar & breakfast area as well as shuttle drivers - always cheerful and helpful
- One of the concierges (a young lady who was working on 08/02) was efficient and very helpful in solving an issue we had with a ski pass
- Room and common areas were clean
- Good size sauna and pool

Cons:

Not a proper 5-star experience:
- Concierge service is disappointing - out of three concierges, only one lady was cheerful, genuinely helpful and spoke good English. For the others at concierge team, it took over 2 weeks to react to our message asking to help book restaurants. No consolidated list of our lunch / dinner bookings was provided despite me asking twice
- The bathroom door in the room is transparent and doesn’t lock. Unless the room is occupied by one person, there is no chance of privacy
- The room, corridors and restaurants furniture and decor has a cheap feel to them - fine for a 4* place but not a 5*
- There was no refreshments / snacks in the spa area (only water at spa reception)
- Our room was a junior suite but it felt very small
