Cons:

Breakfast… according to staff breakfast starts at 6h30 to 10h00 when we get there at 9 we had to wait an extra 20 minutes for certain things to be prepared why can’t everything just be prepared n put in a warmer for everyone to serve themselves…waiting was very inconvenient

Didn't meet my expectations.
Pros:

It's a secured area.

Cons:

It's not worth the price. You have to use your own credentials to watch TV. There's no lift, you have to use the stairs with heavy luggage without any assistance. The address is not clear, we got lost and they were not answering the phone.

It was just noisy but was able to sleep through the night and parking is fine.
Pros:

Free wifi, and hot water on tap and kind staff and smooth checkout and check in. Secure parking as well. Readily available owner to handle issues too.

Cons:

The place held an event and it was boisterous, too loud and i was exhausted i was not able to rest until around 21h30 but credit to the owner for allowing me to change the room to a little less noisy side room even though that room did not have a shower and the bathtub was not properly cleaned but it was habitable. The tvs also are just a decoratioin, not functional also did not have a fridge or microwave.

Pros:

Clean and friendly staff

Cons:

Maybe the smaller rooms are extremely small- way too small and the bigger ones are extremely huge. It’s quite an incredible difference for rooms R300 apart in pricing
