Everything from the lady who was working at that night when we arrived, maybe she was tired because there waa no smile at all and kinda rude, there comes another guy behind, she was laughing and all friendly maybe because she knew the person, the carpet in the room is unclean, the was no soap or full toilet paper we had ro ask...the toilet was smelling like they don't use detergent to clean it...it was our first time there coming from Limpopo, as you know that first impression last...we wouldn't recommend anyone there or even to come come back...they must pull up their socks

Pros:

Unfortunately I did not like anything in your facility.

Cons:

Bad reception, very loud noise from the bar. Check in was terrible we had to que only to find the rooms dirty or not done.. No air conditioner, Nor phone in your rooms to communicate with your unavailable reception after 9pm. Overall was bad.. Would visit once you've improved massively
