Location
Dirty, moldy shower, bed comforter smelled of pee
Hampton Inns have always been a favorite. Unfortunately, this was the worst room I have ever stayed in.
The beds were skinny mattresses; I have never seen this before. Paper thin and not comfortable.
The shower was plugged and did not drain. The fan did not work in the bathroom and was caked with dust. The blow dryer stopped working as the gfi kicked it off and would no longer work. I suspect using the deal sight gets you the worst rooms. That is truly unfortunate. This is a place we previously stayed at and was no where near what we had this time. Very sad.
Location
Location.
Room was dirty. The air vent in the room was covered with dirt and dust.
The rooms were sub par at best. The pool is more of a kiddy pool. The hot tob was warm at best. The manager was not very accommodating to our needs. We stay at alot of hotels and will not be coming back to the Hilton garden and suites anytime soon.
Rooms were roomy
The breakfast was good--plenty of tasty choices. Location was good and close to places we needed to be. Staff was friendly and attentive.
The bed was not that comfortable and bedding was horrible! One sheet and a ridiculously thick duvet that slid all over the place and wouldn't stay on the bed. By morning, the bulky duvet insert had slipped down to the end and was piled up on the floor, leaving only the duvet cover on the bed. A thinner spread to cover the bed would be much preferred and likely stay on the bed better.
Very good
We liked it all, the location, and the staff.
Breakfast was great! Lots of options and food was fresh.
The hard floor in our room was sticky and the toilet wouldn't flush properly. Walls were thin. We could hear conversations and running in the hallway.
Nice
No hot tub
The room's air-conditioning either works really well or not @all. There was a lack of fresh food. My sister in law found moldy bread. Place was ok cleanliness if you didn't look closely Clerks were very friendly
This was a great location, convenient to restaurants and the interstate. We walked in the area and it felt safe.
The hotel was clean and the front desk clerk, Ciara, was a great ambassador for Hilton. She was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and very pleasant.
The breakfast was typical fare. It was served hot and the area was kept clean. The front desk clerk helped with keeping the coffee supplied and the food was well stocked.
We would not hesitate to stay here again!
