Pros:

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

The heater/air-conditioner had a mind of it’s own. Finally just turned it off. Still blew cold air. Two occupants, but only one comfortable chair. After a long day on the road, the seating choices were a comfortable easy chair for one of us, a stiff uncomfortable "office chair" for the other. Just a hint.... some of us travel with companions.

Didn't stay. Canceled reservation.

Cons:

We were instructed by this hotel to wear masks about three days before our stay. Granted, this facility was close to a medical center. However, if we were told up-front that this facility required masks, we would have chosen another hotel. We were unable to get a refund due to selecting the lower rate with no cancelations. I'm out $112+ (probably charge me for taxes). Booking may want to flag this hotel and others close to a medical center.

Wouldn’t choose to stay again. Felt nasty the whole time we were there. I know there are renovations happening but this

It was in a good location

Cons:

The hotel is lacking cleanliness. The rooms are gross, the comforter looked to have been reused without being washed, had urine on it. We brought our own blanket. Nasty thick dust and trash in corners or rooms. Sticky stuff in carpets. The AC isn’t working correctly. It gets really hot and humid throughout the whole building. Even when our ac was set it never would get cool in the room.

Good for overnight stay.
Pros:

We just stayed there on Sunday. The front desk was cheerful and polite.
The chair at the desk leaned back so far that unless I had my feet on the bed is was impossible to be comfortable. I did request that they bring me a different chair, but nothing ever happened.
The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Breakfast had a large selection from which to choose. Like most hotel breakfast rooms, whenever someone moved a chair, it was a loud scraping sound. I don't understand why they don't fix that.

Clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable and the room was nice sized. The fitness center was decently equipped and enjoyable to use.

Cons:

The pool area was very dated and in need of renovation. Kids still had fun and enjoyed it but it definitely needs some TLC.
