Breakfast foods ran out , not as clean as I have come to expect, needs some updating
Clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable and the room was nice sized. The fitness center was decently equipped and enjoyable to use.
The pool area was very dated and in need of renovation. Kids still had fun and enjoyed it but it definitely needs some TLC.

Dirty, moldy shower, bed comforter smelled of pee
Hampton Inns have always been a favorite. Unfortunately, this was the worst room I have ever stayed in.
The beds were skinny mattresses; I have never seen this before. Paper thin and not comfortable.
The shower was plugged and did not drain. The fan did not work in the bathroom and was caked with dust. The blow dryer stopped working as the gfi kicked it off and would no longer work. I suspect using the deal sight gets you the worst rooms. That is truly unfortunate. This is a place we previously stayed at and was no where near what we had this time. Very sad.

Room was dirty. The air vent in the room was covered with dirt and dust.
The rooms were sub par at best. The pool is more of a kiddy pool. The hot tob was warm at best. The manager was not very accommodating to our needs. We stay at alot of hotels and will not be coming back to the Hilton garden and suites anytime soon.
