Pros:

Everything was as expected, nothing wrong but no exceptional features. Attached restaurant and bar serves good pub food for dinner but it is public bar type establishment.

Cons:

No milk for a cup of tea provided in the unit.

Loved it!
Pros:

Absolutely loved everything about this place! We stayed the very top level and it was amazing, floor to ceiling windows were incredible looking out to the Marine!

Cons:

I wish there was a heat pump in both rooms.

average - probably wouldnnt stay again unless they address the drains

Cons:

blocked drain in shower, bad damp smell in room, no hairdryer - only the nozzle was in the bathroom, no reply to text message sent to report the lack of hairdryer. no out of hours service or contact

The beds are comfortable, shower is huge and the water pressure was amazingg. i loved this hotel and would definitely come back. so clean and the view is perfect.

Receptionist snooty no spare blankets in my room never got a dish cloth will return but ??

Good value for money
Pros:

Great location, cool view, good price.

Cons:

My only complaint is that I booked a ‘superior studio’ and when we arrived it was the one room at attached to the guest laundry, which kind of sucked. We were able to upgrade and get a better room for a small price, but I would have preferred having an upfront notice when I booked the room that it was going to be attached to the guest laundry. It would’ve saved the hassle.

We had an impressively bigger upgraded room! but it was a bit old and tired and dusty. The top of the fridge, someone has written ‘dirty’ in dust - who knows how long that’s been there haha!
