Pros:

Spa bath upstairs so we could use any time without bothering other guests. Lovely and spacious. Great to have 2 little side tables and a coffee table. Staff happy and care about your stay.

Cons:

Had to Google how to work the hobs. No phone to call reception if needed. Clean but could have been better ie: wipe marks, marks on the wall in the kitchen from coffee splashes.

Saturday night review
Pros:

Great location looking out over the wharf and walking distance the the bars/restaurants.
Comfortable beds.

Cons:

The only thing that wasn't so great was the Saturday night noise. We were in the round house at the end of the building which is right over the footpath. There was quite a bit of people noise outside our window till very late. Not a major but may annoy some people.

OK for a couple of nights
Pros:

Nice view over the marina.

Cons:

Filthy balcony floor. Mentioned to reception who promised to have it cleaned the next day - it wasn't.
Location too far from the main town to be walkable.
Balcony exterior light is not controllable, chines on automatically at dusk, stays on till dawn - very bright, showed through the curtains making you think it's time to get up!
