Perfect for us after a long day flying and driving
Pros:

We had a great stay perfect location to rest from our Gold Coast flights and continue our drive through to Gisborne from Wellington, the pub nextdoor was awesome to catch the state of origin from.
We will be back and definitely recommend to our family

Cons:

The wet weather everything else was exactly what we needed thank you 😊

Bad first impression.

First time visitor. The place was half full and they put me in the smallest cupboard sized room. Not a great way to make a first impression.

Pros:

everything was excellent easy check in. friendly staff. great views. close to eatery places. very quite. very clean and tidy. washing machine and dryer was a bonus. full kitchen stove oven full fridge. 2 TVs in lounge area and in main room. highly recommend our stay and for others.

Really disappointed. Feel like the entire booking.com advertisement of the room was entirely deceptive and misleading.

Bedding was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

We booked a family room which ended up being a seperate cabin/shed on the edge of the car park. Completely detached from the hotel. Room was dark and cold. No extractor fan in bathroom so complete condensation on all walls, roof and floor after any shower. Black mould on shower wall. Water temperature fluctuated wildly. Main area consisted of kitchen, lounge and main bedroom. All jammed up in one tight space. Felt like this building has been plonked on the car park for them to make extra cash with no thought of quality of stay for guests. Booking said there would be an ensuite bathroom which there was not! Complementary toiletries were a joke. Bring your own.

Rooms big and spacious, being able to watch sunset from my bed was awesome 👌 just a 3minute walk to bar and restaurant 😀 👍

Cons:

Everything was good, will probably only ever stay in these rooms moving forward

We had a great stay will come back staff very nice and acccomdating

It was great when we up graded from our small room.

Cons:

The room we had was a little small which was fine. Then someone decided to do there washing at 10.15pm which was not appropriate nothing to do with the staff but the guests!
