We needed a good night’s rest for an early start the next day but were denied by very loud music nearby.
Pros:

Nice and comfortable hotel facing the marina.

Cons:

There is an extremely loud bar/ pub next to the hotel that had very loud music & noise until past 1:30am. It was impossible to sleep until that time.
Although this is a nice hotel in a beautiful location, we won’t be staying ever again.

Ok -booked as said wheelchair access room but limited
Pros:

Location -warm and comfy bed

Cons:

Booked wheelchair access room as advertised.
Room to wheel in main room and bathroom.
Could not access balcony due to space.
No shower bench in shower (as shown in pictures).
No ramp due herb outside room 1 so had to wheel down to reception then come back for car / restaurant.

Nice view from room

Cons:

Arrived 3pm on a Sunday and the reception was closed, which did not meet the opening hours shown on booking.com nor their own literature. I had to call a NZ tel no. 3 times before I got an answer and then received instructions as to how to enter the room (this cost me as I'm on a UK network) . There were also other bemused guests unable to check in. The hotel is in desperate need of refurbishment and is now generally a contractors budget hotel. The wifi was very poor / unusable., the carpets were dirty and the fridge shelf kept falling on the floor. Overall very disappointing.
