A bit far from Napier. Restaurants.
The location was fantastic for us! The room size and view were good. Plenty of car parking. The lady in charge was lovely, she was absolutely amazing when we had an unusual issue that needed resolving.
Unfortunately there was an issue with the fridge, which caused water to drip from the freezer compartment into the fridge making everything wet and water to leak onto the floor. The kitchen sink was very tiny which made doing the dishes a little awkward and the pillows weren't great.

Wow the room you have to walk through the laundry and that doesn't stop till ,6.45pm. room was not ready at 2pm. There was a wet towel in the vanity in bathroom. There was grap from the the wall to window and they filled all down the wall with toilet paper. Spoke to receptionist about upgrading or getting money back and all she said was that's what you get for booking on line
The room you had to walk through the guest laundry to get to your shoe box room. Laundry doesn't stop till 6.45pm and starts at 9am. There was a dirty wet towel in the vanity. There was a gap down the wall by the window and they filled it with toilet paper. The room was not ready at 2pm.. I spoke to the receptionist and she didn't care and said that's what you get for booking online. Sad thing is it's my go to place to stay. When we come home . But will never stay there again
