Pros:

Loved the bar and food in the restaurant attached

Cons:

There was no air con in the room, and it was so warm. The window also would not close correctly. There is no iron in the room also.

Great location and friendly people
Pros:

Great location with easy parking at the rear. Friendly, helpful staff. Easy access to Garnish Island ferry from across the road.

Cons:

Bathroom was a little dated and shower temperature control difficult. Hairdryer was pretty old and ineffective : the concentrator nozzle was held on by a piece of cellotape and kept falling off.

Little slice of heaven
Pros:

Very friendly staff. Very welcoming.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing, except we were in Ireland during a heat wave and we are from Ca, US and are so used to Air Conditioning and there wasnt any, but hoes tu ly that was the norm. Not alo t of places have air conditioning.

The room was very dull/depressing. No food service. Breakfast poor. Bar closed early.

Nettes Hotel mit großen Zimmern
Pros:

Sehr große und saubere Zimmer. Das Frühstück war gut und die Dame des Hotels sehr aufmerksam.
Gegenüber im Park kann man schwimmen, das war sehr erfrischend.

Cons:

Das ein oder andere könnte mal repariert werden, wie z.B. die Spülung an der Toilette oder der Föhn.
Die Bar war nicht wirklich gemütlich.

Pros:

The staff are lovely. The hotel is right in the middle of the village and is handy to the nature reserve, the boat trip to Garinish Island and there are several eating places nearby.

Cons:

The room was stifling in the heatwave. Temperatures in high 20s. No AC. Window only partially opened so even when nighttime air temperature cooled, the room stayed hot, making it difficult to sleep. Fans should be provided.

Ticked all boxes for our reasons we were in Glengariff.
Pros:

I booked the wrong type of room. However this was quickly sorted out. The room we got was the tupe I thought I had booked. The room we got was perfect.

Good basic hotel for a night.
Pros:

Location. Staff was very helpful as there seemed to be a double booking. Plenty secure parking. Pizza place across the street was excellent.

Cons:

It’s all a bit basic, which was part of the charm. Both the accommodation and breakfast. A bit expensive for the level of comfort and service
