Pros:

Staff very helpful. Hotel very clean. Booked suite. Advised of 4 beds required. Request was not met. Pillows and doonas weren’t enough. Overall, I would stay again, however price doesn’t meet the quality.

Check in was easy and same for indoor parking. The hotel Front Desk staff is very helpful and friendly. I liked the hotel but I think the room service food can be improved better. We ordered 4 meals but 3 of it not suitable to our taste especially the asian food and the chicken burger. The breakfast was ok. We like the room which is cleaned, spacious and good wifi. will definitely stay here again.

Hilton adına yakışmıyor
Pros:

Kahvaltının yeterliliğine oranla akşam yemeğinin zayıf olması büyük bir çelişkiydi. Business loungeda çay vaktinde hiçbir şeyin olmaması bir diğer eksiklikti fakat en kötüsü spa bölümünün bakımsızlığıydı. Su giderlerinin tıkalı olması hijyen konusunda sınıfta kalınmasına sebep oldu.

Hilton lack that Turkish hospitality quality edge.
Pros:

This hotel is connected to another hotel which we stayed in last year and I wish I had stayed at same hotel as last year because it is much nicer. Much larger rooms. Way better customer service. Hilton Bursa customer service experience is much like our Hilton Hagia Sofia customer experience. A lot of disengaged staff not paying attention, giving generic responses to questions. I will not stay at a Hilton in Turkey again.
