The staff was friendly and always there to give a helping hand. Special thanks for help with taxis and tour to Agra to Taj Mahal.
Chef prepared food for my husband’s diet. Very thankful for that.

Property is in a safe and quiet place. Cleanliness was good but not very good. Breakfast options were very limited. Paid 6000 which was not worth it.

Easy access to transport and good dining options are a few minutes walk away

The best thing about this hotel was at the bed is comfortable. Other than that not so great.

Probably one of the worst hotels in the area. Uncomfortable beds and mold in the bathroom. Furniture was dusty like they never clean it. The wifi wouldn’t work and they said something was wrong with our phones. Requested for a room change but unfortunately all their rooms were in bad condition.

Clean. Provided water. Nice blackout curtains. Tasty dinner at the restaurant.

Very quiet side room even though the hotel is on a busy street. Clean rooms and fast room service. Breakfast room not very comfortable, but breakfast was ok.

I stayed here for 2 nights to shop in Delhi before my flight home. My room was comfortable, clean, and only had a couple of minor oddities (unfinished/broken tile in the shower exposing cement and wood?).
The staff were friendly and helpful, and my stay included breakfast which was served hot and buffet style in the breakfast hall.
What I liked most, was the location being about half way between the airport and Old Delhi for shopping. The street the hotel is located is also a horn-free zone which made it nice for sleeping at night. They also had nice thick blackout curtains which worked so well I didn't even know it was daylight outside when I woke up.

Unfriendly atmosphere from the check in. Did not reply to repeated emails prior check in. Did not receive the booked room, automatically downgraded without consent. staff having difficulties with English.

Great place, nice room, clean bathroom, had all the toiletries, has a 24 hr kitchen. The breakfast had a decent spread.
We booked 3 rooms, 2 were amazing - no complaints and if it had been just that we would have given it 5 star rating.
The 3rd room, however, had not been aired out after the previous guest and had a strong smoke smell, so make sure to ask for a non-smoking room before getting allotted one.

Good steal for the price!

Centrally located and very caring staff are the two cornerstone of the hotel. Very close to good tourist spots but away from metro station which will require a short walk.

Rooms are a bit small but decently decorated. The shower is great but the breakfast definitely needs an upgrade.

Overall a good stay experience.

If you are looking at economical rates, clean rooms, clean toilet and decent homely food then you can look into this hotel. Ideal for a transit one night stay. It’s conveniently located. Some might find the rooms a bit small but that’s individual choice.

It was a short stay of 2 days for visa purpose. Stay was very comfortable. Tidiness and room size was excellent.

I had a wonderful stay at Iris Park Hotel in Safdarjung enclave. The front desk staff are very cordial and made the check-in quick though my flight reached early, they checked me in by 11:30 AM. Cafe has yummy buffet included in my package. The menu has both north, south Indian and continental tasty breakfast. I extend my stay by 1 more week as I liked the hotel. Staff are very helpful in this hotel as I had to go around to get treatment at Trauma Center AIIMS, they helped me in getting around the area.

We had a perfect stay this place is very clean very comfortable we would recommend the Iris to everyone the meals were outstanding breakfast was perfect a different selection everyday the staff go out of their way to help you we were so surprised to find this wonderful gem management also arranged taxis for us recommended places to see we had such a good experience here my wife and I will return again soon we think it's the only ace to stay in Inday I give these guys a AAAAA star rating

Breakfast menus are sad. People at the reception are not customer centric at all. Rooms are too small. Pathetic experience. You will get better hotels at the same price in Delhi. They get into unnecessary arguments.
