The amount charged was more than initial amount that was there when booked.
The size of the room was much much smaller than shown in images against the room type.
No Sunlight.
No Exhaust or Vent in Bathroom.
Overall this was a good experience for facility point of view. However the guards at the entry asked me multiple time as if I just come there from outside to sit when I was at lobby, then I need to say that I am staying here .
We only stayed for one night to be close to airport for our flights home. Couldn't check in till 2, but they held our luggage whilst we walked the city. Friendly staff, clean rooms, no windows, but price great. Good location for shopping. Would not recommend for long stay unless you get a room with a view.

The biggest problem that I have regarding the property is that they permit people smoking in their rooms. Even worse, cigarette smoke from some rooms make their way into other rooms via the AC system. Not only is this seriously unhealthy, but it’s an issue for people who quit smoking.
Changing rooms doesn’t help.
Besides this, the place is like a fraternity house, which you may or may not enjoy

Great stay
The air condition was so pool. I turned it on all day but still sweat all night.

Overall very clean and comfortable hotel. Service is excellent.
The location was good. Right opposite little Tokyo so lots of sushi restaurants. A short walk to the Opera House where the hub of everything is. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The restaurant serves lovely food.
The staff are not very attentive and are always looking at their phones. Might be I staff in the bar, with only one customer, and they avoid eye contact in case they are asked to get a drink. If you approach them they are friendly but they don't go out of their way to provide good service.
The swimming pool is absolutely tiny. More like a paddling pool.
The room I had was by the lift which made a dinging sound and time someone called it. Didn't really bother me but might if you are a light sleeper. At the weekend the Korean/Japanese business men bring hookers back and you back hear lots of dodgy sounds from their rooms.
The breakfast is aimed at Japanese customers so I didn't really enjoy it.
