Un peu déçu pour le prix très cher que nous avons payé pour cette chambre.
Pros:

L'hôtel était bien situé. Le petit déjeuner laissais à désiré. La chambre aurait pu être mieux. Poiles dans le bain, douche qui fonctionne mal, pas de servillette ni de papier toilette. Aurait pu être plus propre.

Cons:

La propreté aurait pu être mieux. Nous étions 5 personnes et il manquait des choses pour la toilette. Le téléphone ne fonctionnait pas. La douche fonctionnait mal.

Easy stay when traveling through the province. Helpful to have English speaking staff.
Pros:

Easy to get to on our journey through Quebec to NB. Friendly helpful staff who spoke English and recommended a great restaurant near by. Gas station very close.

Cons:

Older building, old very slow elevator. Room was clean but was an older hotel.

Lovely place! We have stayed twice now on our way east!
Pros:

The room and the bed were exceptional! Nicest bed and sheets I’ve ever seen and slept on in a hotel! Another plus was the storage facility for our bikes in a basement room at the hotel. Close to ferry for Lower town town Quebec City

A Hidden Gem in Levis
Pros:

The hotel with its indoor balconies overlooking the pool was so well designed. The staff was lovely and the location was just 2 miles from a quick ferry ride that let's you step off into Old Quebec. Parking is free. Good food is close. Overall it was a perfect stay and look forward to returning.

Hôtel bien situé. Belle grandeur de chambre et commodité. Le matelas était un peu trop ferme pour moi mais correct pour mon conjoint. J’ai adoré le spa et la piscine avec une belle grandeur. Petit déjeuner compris en prime. Je vais sûrement revenir à cet hôtel.

Très bon rapport qualité-prix.
Pros:

Chambres très propres et lits confortables. Belle grande chambre et salle de bain. Même les corridors sont larges pour circuler et sans vieux tapis; beau plancher de bois flottant. Vraiment bien. Piscine, spa, tout était vraiment bien. Le déjeuner inclus aussi est très apprécié.

Cons:

J'ai tout aimé, sauf les fèves au lard au déjeuner. Visiblement en conserve. Je les remplacerais par jambon, bacon, crêpes ou pain doré...
