Good location, a bit old and just fairly clean, not suitable for infants and elderly
Pros:

Good location , closed to restaurants and bus/tram stops. East access to the beach

Cons:

The property was old and just fairly clean. No lift, we had to lifted 23 kg of luggages and pram to level three.
Shower head was fixed installed, not friendly for children and infant!!

Lovely apartment, friendly staff, great location!
Pros:

Modern well equipped 2 bedroom apartment great location within walking distance to beach, restaurants and tram station. Lovely pool, tropical gardens and bbq area. Helpful and friendly staff

Cons:

Small gripe, stains on backs of curtains in living area.

Pros:

L'emplacement: 2 minutes à pied de la plage et 8 minutes du tram. De nombreux commerces aux alentours. Hébergement dans un quartier tranquille, loin du brouhaha de Surfer's tout en restant accessible en 10 min via le tram.
Appartement propre, équipé de tout le nécessaire et décoré avec goût.

Cons:

Absence de climatisation dans les chambres. Uniquement des brasseurs d'air.
Par ailleurs, nous avons rencontré des difficultés pour le check in le 25 decembre. En dehors des ouvertures de la réception, il faut utiliser l'interphone pour se présenter. La personne qui nous a répondu ne comprenait pas notre anglais et ne faisait aucun effort pour parler lentement ou nous comprendre. Qui plus est, l'interphone se coupait au bout de quelques minutes et il fallait sans cesse rappeler. Une autre famille qui arrivait pour le check in a rencontré les mêmes difficultés alors qu'ils parlaient anglais. Au bout de 45 minutes, nous avons réussi à récupérer nos clés. Gros bémol donc pour ce système de check in (plateforme téléphonique ?)
