Tolle Lage, sehr geschmackvoll renoviert, sehr sauber und gepflegt, sehr aufmerksames Personal. Valet Parking hat bestens geklappt.

היו לא מעט בעיות בדירה:
בחדר המקלחת היה ריח קבוע של ביוב. גם לאחר שהערנו על כך, הנושא לא נפתר, וכנראה אינו פתיר.
המעלית איטית באופן חריג ויוצא דופן
ביום הראשון במקלחת היתה סתימה שהציפה את כל חדר המקלחת. הבעיה תוקנה למחרת.
אין שליטה אישית על המזגן.
אור חודר מבעד לוילון ההחשכה.

Pros:

The room was beautifully furnished, bright and spacious. Even better than the photos. The person at the front desk was so helpful and recommended a fabulous restaurant nearby. Also if you like a good shower like I do, this is your place!

Perfectly positioned hotel
Pros:

The location is perfect. Very central and a few minutes walk to both the main piazza's. The staff were friendly and gave us some good tips. Being an aparthotel gave us extra flexibility to eat (breakfast) in the room if we wanted to. We also had an outside area which was very welcome. We would have no hesitation in booking this hotel if we return to Verona.

Una garanzia
Pros:

Ogni anno vado a Verona perché la trovo una città splendida e questa sistemazione è sempre una garanzia.
La posizione è centralissima: il luogo più lontano è la stazione ad 1,5km circa.
Le camere sono molto ampie e pulitissime e lo staff è gentilissimo.
La colazione è la classica bag internazionale con prodotti dolci: cornetto, latte, mini marmellata e nutella, burro e succo.
Il palazzo è privo di ascensore ma è presente un montacarichi forse un po lento, ma non fa nulla.
Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli e la camera era pronta al nostro arrivo!
Grazie ancora per lo splendido soggiorno!
