Pros:

Food was good. Room was clean.

Cons:

Breakfast should be served early. No lift in the hotel, which causes difficulty in shifting luggage. Difficult for elderly persons. It shall be accessible for all.

Comfortable stay and excellent "Value for money"
Pros:

Reasonably priced hotel with spacious clean and hygienic rooms. Breakfast was basic but good. The location is awesome, in a tranquil residential area with easy access to the main road.

Cons:

Reception staff, especially at night was quite arrogant. The staff in the morning was well mannered.

Hotel should be according to their big name "Ginger"

Cons:

No facilities in room like for tea there is no milk available, items missing in toiletry, no phone number chart for room service, No staff to carry the luggage in room, at reception every time a sit a new person.
Entry is not also attractive

Cons:

No lift facility. Hotel needs to fix this problem. Its harsh on elderly people to walk stairs for 2 floors after paying this amount of room charges. Its disappointing such a big Hotel chain having hotel without Lift facility. Also the seating sofa was converted to an extra cot for which they charged 1200 INR per night extra just by adding one pillow. In short one pillow costs 1200 INR per night. Utter waste of money!
