Le bruit du climatiseur, et la situation de la chambre qui donnait sur la rue. Donc bruit intérieur et extérieur. Très mauvaise nuit.
This hotel felt like a resort , everyone was super friendly and the rooms were very modern and clean. I feel like it must have just went through a facelift as it seemed brand new ! And it smelled like a spa.

Would have preferred a shower rather then a bath-shower.

Les piscines, l’emplacement, l’extérieur de l’hôtel sympathique avec de nombreux points pour se poser, relaxer. La literie est aussi de bonne facture.
Ce qui gâche l’expérience est le manque d’aération dans les chambres et salle de bain. Nous avions de l’humidité dans toute la chambre. Il manque 1 bonne VMC.

The indoor pool was nice. Our dinner and breakfast at the attached restaurant was great.
Didn’t like having to carry our luggage up stairs to the second floor…they need to install an elevator!
The hair dryer in our bathroom started smoking. We advised the front desk and requested they fix it AFTER we checked out. They sent a maintenance man anyways and what was to be a “10 minute repair” ended up being over 30 minutes and it still wasn’t completed. I ended up having to phone the front desk to have the maintenance man leave us alone for the night.
This place is wonderful. Clean, kind, helpful. Wonderful amenities. Great little town. Right off the highway. Rooms are modern and fully stocked. The bed was fantastic. The level of service was great from the minute we went up to the desk. I have told everyone I know that they have to stay there. We didn't use the spa for this visit but we are planning a trip there for that purpose. That is how much we like it there.
The property was absolutely beautiful. Our room had a walk out to the grounds, nice for having an evening drink after a long day of driving.

The front desk employees were super helpful and friendly. The rooms were beautiful. Location was just off the highway which was perfect as we were simply travelling through.
We had multiple experiences for accommodations on this trip. This one stood out for caring service, quaint, charming hotel and very nice amenities indoor/outdoor pools were very popular. Hot tub and spa services on site can make this more than a stopover on a busy trip.
Room was nice, comfortable beds, nice little sitting area outside our sliding doors and a couple of nice glider chairs where we enjoyed our own cocktails before heading out to dinner. They have a beautiful atrium between main lobby and Couvée Restaurant. We’ll definitely stay here again.
This is probably the best choice on the highway between Lévis and Rivière-du-Loup. It has a nice restaurant onsite, always a plus after a long day of driving. Having EV chargers onsite is another plus with the choice of level 2 charging or DC fast charging. The person at reception was welcoming and kindly gave us a quick tour of the amenities available and showed us to our room. This was quiet and well appointed but a piece of bar soap and a sample size of body lotion would have been welcome. The only drawback here is the lack of an elevator to the second floor so if you want to avoid stairs, be sure to ask for a main floor room when making your reservation.
