Hilton London Heathrow Airport Terminal 5

My wife, daughter (2F) and I, all stayed for 1 night before our flight from Heathrow.
Everyone was very welcoming and accommodating, our room was perfect, clean, dark with lights off and curtains closed (which is very important for young children) and well sound proofed.
At breakfast we were greeted by Arun who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and guided us to a lovely table where we had an excellent breakfast with plenty of options for everyone.
We would definitely recommend staying here and will likely be back ourselves!

Used the executive lounge ...between 5 and 7 pm excellent value

This is a nice hotel. Very clean and quiet in the room. Good breakfast with attentive staff and plenty of choices. We were looked after by Addy and the team. Easy to find and plenty of parking. We also opted to leave the car here during our stay.

The location of the hotel was exceptional, peaceful, relaxing and perfectly placed for both the airport and our plans for Legoland. The staff were welcoming and very helpful throughout our stay, which made everything feel easy and stress‑free. Our family room was comfortable, with great beds and excellent soundproofing that kept airport noise completely out. The shower had strong water pressure, and the reliable Wi‑Fi made it simple to plan the next day’s Legoland trip.Breakfast was another highlight, offering a wide selection with consistently good quality.
Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay that worked perfectly for our trip.

Very close to T5 Heathrow, the hotel is nice and very modern.

We arrived very tired and jet lagged from a long flight. The manager very kindly upgraded us to ‘Guest of the day’ and let us check in early! We were upgraded to an executive room with executive suite access (and use of the gym and spa though we did not have time to explore them) and were really looked after. The beds were really comfortable and the room was so quiet -we slept really well and woke feeling refreshed. We had a surprise welcome plate delivered with delicious treats as well!
In the evening we had dinner in the restaurant-fantastic food and service at very reasonable prices.
Woke the next day feeling so much better, thank you Mayank for taking such good care of us. I would highly recommend this hotel for the service and excellent facilities.

The hotel is not on site at the terminals but is a short Hoppa bus or Uber to the various terminals. We were flying from T3.
We used the park and fly option for our holiday. We stayed the one night before departure, four of us and two cars, and we also stayed upon our return as we arrived on a late evening flight.
Great service, we booked Executive rooms on departure flights and had food and drink in the lounge, very hospitable and great value.
Prepna was on reception and she was very welcoming and helpful. My wife returned a week later on business and Prepna was again most accomodating. I returned last week also on business and the same smiling face was on reception., what a great ambassador for the Hiton brand, thank you. We will be back!

Handy for Heathrow terminal 5. Grey room, nice bar for a drink and good choices at the breakfast buffet. Lovely touch to arrive and find a welcome plate with macarons, fresh berries, chocolate airplane

We had lunch at the RIVER BAR, which was excellent. The lady Harpreet was a delight a pleasure to meet whose service and welcome were a delight. A lovely lady

Nice hotel, but not as close to Terminal 5 as advertised. The only hotel actually located at Terminal 5 at London Heathrow Airport is the Sofitel, so if you need to be within walking distance, keep in mind this Hilton is about a 15-minute drive away.

That said, the hotel itself was very nice, it was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. There’s a pleasant bar and restaurant on-site, and even a Starbucks in the lobby, which was a great bonus. The bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The only drawback was the lack of usable outlets in the bathroom. There were two, but both were shaver-only, so there was nowhere to plug in a curling iron or flat iron. I ended up using the outlets in the bedroom and the closet mirror to do my hair. Not a major issue, just a minor inconvenience.

Overall, a good stay, and we would consider staying here again for a short stopover.

Stayed here end of March for the week with work. Everything you expect at Hilton with regards to service and being a diamond member. Hotel was clean, staff friendly and helpful. Room was good, fridge, safe and comfortable bed. The Exec lounge was one of the better ones I have used, relaxing atmosphere, various food selections each evening, but got a little busy around 1700-1900, which is to be expected. There is nothing around the hotel with regards restaurants. My only fault with the hotel was the very late breakfast start which was at 0630. I found this bad, bearing in mind it’s a hotel near the airport so travellers with early starts miss out and possibly reason why I’d not stay again if having early starts which is a shame as it’s a great hotel.
