Pros:

Description of hotel and facilites accurate. It is what it is - an airport hotel

Cons:

Bottles of water were in the room at £2.95 each unless you were a Memebr of Hilton Members. For the room price I would expect the water to to be free.

It was an ok stay but for the price we paid I expected better.
Pros:

Breakfast was great good choices

Cons:

Bed was dirty under the sheets had crumbs, our room was 40 minutes late for check in due to slow cleaners. Porter was hesitent to help with luggage. Room seemed old and tired.

The guy who checked me in did not give me a key card to allow access to the executive lounge. I had to return to reception for a new card.
