Hilton London Heathrow Airport Terminal 5

Everything was perfect from check in to check out. The room was lovely, clean and had everything we needed. The food in the restaurant was excellent and most of all, all the staff were wonderful and could not do enough for us. Special mention to Angel and Addey and the team. Thank you so much we will definitely stay here again next time we fly from terminal 5.

My TV didn't work and staff moved me with no hassle very helpful

This was our second stay here and we really like this hotel. The staff are so helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble, they really are exceptional.

Rooms are clean, spacious and have everything you need. Beds are super comfortable and we always sleep well here.
Food in the restaurant is good, breakfast has a lot of choices. They also serve food in the car which is also of a high standard.

Our only complaint is that on this occasion the spa was closed, we were so disappointed as we were at the hotel for a function in the Saturday night and specifically booked for the Friday night as well so we could use the spa facilities. The staff were very apologetic but it was a massive letdown for us. However, that has not put us off staying at the property again. Hopefully on our next stay we will be able to use the spa facilities.

This was our second stay and the staff are truly amazing, rooms are comfortable and clean and the food in the restaurants and bars is good.

Apart from the checkin guy, who was unfriendly and not at all welcoming, the rest of the team we encountered were absolutely amazing, they could not of been nicer, they were smiley, pleasant and extremely helpful. We stayed in an executive room with lounge access, which we thoroughly enjoyed, the buffet was plentiful and delicious with a great choice of beverages. The staff were so attentive and super nice and they really went out of their way to make sure that we had the best experience. Next morning at breakfast we were greeted by Addy who showed us where everything was and who was extremely attentive and lovely, as was Monishka, they are both superb members of the team with their excellent attitude. The breakfast was amazing and one of the best! Thank you, we cannot wait to return.

Great deal on parking for 3 weeks whilst on holiday and 1 night stay. Brilliant room, nice bar ( not expensive) and fantastic breakfast. Lovely staff especially our breakfast steward Monishka. Lovely lady

Had a fabulous over night stay with Five Star Service, unfortunately our flight was cancelled but the Hilton accommodated us with a further night.

I would like to highly commend Angel for her exceptional service during the breakfast service at the Hilton. From the moment we arrived, she was a fantastic host—welcoming, efficient, and incredibly professional. She truly elevated our morning experience with her positive attitude and attention to detail. After recently having a terrible experience at the Sofitel Heathrow, I decided to look for a convenient, more cost-effective option near T5.

The Hilton ticked a lot of boxes as there is a handy shuttle (£12 return from T5) and it has a spa (not very luxurious at all but it was ok).

The rooms were comfortable, a reasonable breakfast and a restaurant to dine in the evening.

Whilst it was by no means a stand-out experience, it was convenient and didn’t break the bank.

I’ve stayed at many Hilton hotels across the UK and I’m always impressed with the style and ambience. I booked an Executive Room with lounge access as a birthday surprise and it was well worth it. The room was clean, spacious, and well lit, with a very comfortable king-size bed and a fridge, which was a nice bonus. The bathroom was a great size with a separate deep bath and shower.

Lounge access was excellent — two hours of canapés, prosecco, and more. We enjoyed the spa, especially the hydrotherapy pool and steam room. Breakfast had a great selection of hot and cold options, and dinner at the restaurant was hot, well cooked, and tasty. Thank you for the surprise birthday cake for my partner.

Overall, a lovely stay. Special shout-out to Harpreet at breakfast and to the reception and restaurant staff for great customer service.

A small improvement point: to maintain and exceed a 4-star rating, more attention to detail is needed, as the sauna and one spa shower were not working, and regular room maintenance checks would help prevent issues.

Very convenient hotel especially for terminal 5. No extra ULEZ charge either! The best part is their breakfast. Fresh, scrumptious and varied👌🏻

The hotel from check in to check out was great service, the check in staff werw super helpful and couldnt do enough. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and the hotel was quite. Breakfast the next morning was buffet but a lady called gayle velanie come to my tabel got me some fresh patched eggs and a coffee, she kept coming to check on my to ensure I got everything i needed. The service was exceptional
