Very good,just as it should .We would of enjoyed it more but we had to rush as we had to return the hire car and get to the terminal for our 16 hour flight home.

I loved that I got emails from the hotel about how to get there on the Hoppa Bus. The bus literally pulled up to the hotel’s front door for drop off and pick up.
It was great; no complaints!

I had a stomach upset after eating a meal last night, no soap in the shower
Nobody came to help me to bring my heavy cases down from the third floor, because it was hard to pull them over the carpets
The staff were excellent - front of desk staff went out of their way to be helpful and special shout out to restaurant manager Mark for his kindness and attentiveness.
The room was great - cot provided for the baby; air conditioning; provision of shampoo, shower gel and conditioner; good sized bed. Excellent towels :)
The fact the property has a fitness centre, and the luggage scales located at the bottom of the stairwell near reception were very useful.
Breakfast buffet was well stocked and delicious.
The 12 noon checkout as standard was particularly welcomed given the fact we were about to embark on another day of air travel.
Only very minor things:
It was not clear how to order room service once in the room. Once we had asked reception and managed to get in touch, the food was nice but service pretty slow for a sandwich.
The breakfast buffet was broken down pretty abruptly and a little early given the 12 noon checkout.
Complimentary water in the rooms would have been good (rather than only for members/special guests)

Incredibly staff from evening restaurants and spa very accommodating also thank to the morning breakfast team member Angel , indoor hydro pool facilities was nice regardless kids have no pool facilities..
Very disappointing experience. I arrived at the hotel with a confirmed and fully paid reservation, only to be informed at check-in that there were no rooms available because the hotel was fully booked. There were also other guests at reception facing the exact same issue.
For a Hilton hotel, this is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I tried several times to resolve the matter directly with the hotel in good faith, but received no proper response or solution.
The situation caused unnecessary stress, extra expenses, and completely ruined what was meant to be a special evening. Very poor customer service and extremely disappointing overall.
