Nice room and handy parking on site.
Bath wouldnt empty following a shower, the release was damaged. I would expected Hilton to have tested this before hand.
Additionally staff refused to give me an invoice due to my usage of booking.com who insist the vendor provides the invoice. Other Hiltons have provided me with invoices, this is time a Hilton has refused to goce me one.
The food was not good. The sausages were cheap and flavourless and the scrambled eggs were dry and over cooked. The Greek yogurt and prunes were nice.
I went for an event. Even though they had under estimated the number that were to be booked, your kitchen manager refused to help their events team by setting up extra tables and charging the company. If they had done so they could have charged extra and would have given the guests a better impression. There were multimillionaires in the room and they would be less likely to use or recommend your hotel for other functions because of the poor service offered.
Extremely disappointing . Chose this hotel as like the look of the Spa , Thought I would get up in the morning and go to the spa before my flight mid day . I travel alot with work and have never know a hotel spa to have such restrictive opening times . Totally wasted my money
Excellent welcome and from Sarah. Rooms clean and comfy.Zain was helpful too.
Easy to get to great beds friendly staff great breakfast so tasty
Pillows a bit flat
Beautiful and comfortable and very quiet.
Parking and being charged £30 for the day when it should have been £18. I didn’t receive instructions on how to get this discount.
I am writing this to warn anyone considering the Hilton T5 for holiday parking: Do not leave your vehicle here. We booked what was advertised as "secure" parking. We returned from our holiday to find our car had been professionally vandalized. Thieves had enough time and privacy on Hilton’s premises to jack up the car and cut through the exhaust system to steal the Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF).
The Experience:
• Security Failure: For a "secure" facility to allow power tools and jacks to be used long enough to strip a car tells you everything you need to know about their actual surveillance and patrols.
• Zero Hospitality: When we discovered the damage, the staff’s attitude was cold and dismissive. In the middle of a highly stressful situation, I asked if we could have a coffee while we figured out what to do. Rather than showing basic human decency, I was pointed toward the on-site Starbucks, where I had to pay £8 for two coffees.
• Accountability: Since the incident, Hilton T5 has refused to accept any responsibility. They are now actively ignoring my correspondence.
Final Verdict:
They are happy to take your money for "security," but they will abandon you the moment that security fails. You are paying for the Hilton brand name, but receiving sub-standard security and zero customer service. Save yourself the stress and the massive repair bill—park elsewhere.
Nice location
Nothing.
The the price was excellent for the two twin beds close to the airport with shuttle at your expense. The accommodations were very nice. The only thing I didn’t like is that they do not supply washcloths so bring your own washcloths. They do supply towels and hand towels. The restaurant in the mezzanine the food was delicious.. I had the fish and chips and my cousin had a steak. The portions were really good.
We ate at The Galleria. The food & waiter(Oswald) was phenomenal!!!
An exceptionally comfortable bed. If you are using this hotel before you fly, it is ideal as it will set you up nicely for your holiday.
Very quiet and food good
