Could not get anyone to help me with my ;luggage on checkout and had to get my own trolley, load it up and navigate the lifts. My husband was disabled and me - a small gal had to do it. Dissappointed. Food not great. I will probably look for another hotel next time.

Nitesh and Chef Baljeet were fabulous and very accommodating to one of our group member’s allergies.

Lovely soundproofed rooms with a sort of 60s modern retro feel and really comfortable bed and spacious bathroom.
We booked an exec room floor and made the most of the exec lounge and then went to the car park to plane spot!
There is a shuttle bus that goes direct to the terminal, but save yourself some cash and just pop up the road to the main road and hop on a TfL or Surrey Buses local bus to the terminal for £1.75 (As of Aug 2026). Much cheaper!
Lovely breakfast as well with an area for Gold/Diamond level guests to enjoy that was slightly quieter and peaceful.
Good size room for a family
Bedsheets has holes in them, breakfast was not worth it. Pancake machine was not working and after 20 mins of waiting I was informed that the machine was broken, to compensate they made fresh pancakes but my kids were unable to eat them as we were getting late for our flight.
We had the pleasure of staying at The Hilton, and parking prior to flying out on holiday. On arrival at the hotel we were greeted and assited by Ron the concierge; he was friendly, polite and extremely helpful, a great ambassador for Hilton.
Ordered a pizza told 25 min and after one hour second call needed and they didn't have .my order. Reorder and 15 min later it arrived.

We had dinner in the Gallery restaurant. We were served by Rhiannon. She was very polite, attentive and a lovely waitress. Thank you for serving us today.
Excellent breakfast, my server Pawan was especially helpful. And the front desk staff gave me great advice.

As my car was never parked in the hotel car park if I wasn't in the hotel was not sure of the justification of paying a pretty hefty parking charge when I am sure that quite a few of the cars there belonged to folk who were away.

Had a great stay, the food in the restaurant was excellent and the service from Kabita was second to none very well done.
