Pros:

Good Location as easy to travel to other countryside of UK.
Green and plenty parking.

Cons:

Because of heat wave in this Summer, sometimes, air-conditioning not well cope with heat outside.

החדרים נקיים ומרווחים

Cons:

מכוון שאין אופציה לאכול בסביבה וצריך להסתמך על המסעדות במלון , אז הן סופר יקרות והשירות פשוט נוראי . נאלצנו להמתין 40 דקות לאוכל שיגיע ( טענו שיש מטבח אחד לשתי המסעדות ), יצא יקר עם אוכל שהרגיש קפוא שחומם . לא היתה חוויה טובה .

Surprised by a clean and great staff.
Pros:

Staff is professional and courteous. The rooms are clean, and the bathroom is amazing. The location, however, is not easily accessible by train, and buses are confusing

Pros:

Excellent location to Heathrow.
Lovely apartment.. very comfortable and stylish.

I was racially profiled everyday !!!!! Yes I have tattoos it’s because I’m in the entertainment industry I was treated everyday like I was about to run off without paying the breakfast bill

I won’t stay there again
Pros:

Room service breakfast was very good but very expensive

Cons:

Poor reception service. Paid £30 for the car park only to be told in reception after having paid that residents get a discounted rate. I rang to ask for someone to come to fix the AC in our room and nobody came. At check in I was told they only had one family room left and there would be loud music until 12.30am. Having just arrived from a long haul flight I agreed to change the room and the AC did not work. I rang to order room service dinner to be told what we wanted was not available. I will stay at the Hilton Yetmimal 4 next time, which has better service
