Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal, freundlich, sauber, gute Lage. Restaurant bei Unterkunft täglich geöffnet und sehr gut. Sauna.

Cons:

Wenn man zu früh beim Frühstück war, gab es noch Brötchen/Croissants vom Vortag. Die frische Ware wurde erst danach bereitgestellt.

Fazit: günstige Übernachtungsmöglichkeit für 1-2 Nächte, wenn man keine hohen Ansprüche hat.
Pros:

Das Personal ist nett, spricht aber kaum deutsch. Das Frühstücksbuffet öffnet rechtzeitig (um 7:00), der Preis mit 13.- fair und das Angebot war zufriedenstellend. Die Pizzeria im Haus haben wir nicht besucht, aber es roch sehr gut. Die Lage des Hotels war für uns ideal.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer im 3. Stock war im März gefühlt ungeheizt, die Fenster wahrscheinlich undicht. Der Lift ist seit Monaten defekt, wie mir ein Gast sagte, der letzten Oktober dort war. Es steht dort ein Schild "wir arbeiten mit Hochdruck an der Reparatur". Soviel dazu. Der Skiraum ist ein Keller ohne Skischuhheizung, die Sauna und der Fitnessraum im UG sind nicht ansprechend und die Kraftstation defekt.

la chambre était bien , la longueur des lits un peu trop petit . mais nous avons passer un agréable séjour.

Obwohl die Infrastruktur etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist und das Personal nur bedingt Deutsch oder Englisch spricht, versteht es der Fiescherhof, das Beste aus den Gegebenheiten zu machen. Es gibt grosszügige Zimmer mit viel Stauraum, die Matratze ist bequem und der Haarfön & die Sauna funktionieren. Es gibt sogar einen Wasserkocher im Zimmer und das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr vielseitig. Bei Kommunikationsschwierigkeiten weiss sich das Personal zu helfen. Die Reservation im Restaurant hat 1a geklappt, Service & Qualität im Restaurant waren top!

Cons:

Beim Check-In war es etwas befremdlich, dass niemand da war und es keine Infos gab. Das Selfcheck-In via QR-Code habe ich so nicht erwartet, hat aber einwandfrei funktioniert. Mir hat jedoch eine Infobroschüre mit folgendem Inhalt gefehlt:
- Standort Skiraum, Sauna & Frühstücksraum
- Frühstückszeiten
Die Sauberkeit in den Duschen bei der Sauna liess etwas zu wünschen übrig & die Düsen der Erlebnisdusche könnten etwas Entkalkungsmittel vertragen. Jedoch Alles in Allem: Preis-Leistung stimmt
