The experience was fun and interesting.
Pros:

The staff were lovely, the breakfast was amazing, and the bar and nightclub were great fun.

Cons:

the spa was not managed. the jacuzzi stopped working, the sauna was not working the outdoor 'treatment' room were not working. the fruit left out for guests was rotting. It was underwhelming.

Pros:

This hotel is by far the coolest, most unique hotel I’ve ever been to. It isn’t an enormous property size, but the way they outfit the entire thing with custom furniture, cabinetry, artwork, and a mildly eccentric steampunk style, it’s absolutely fantastic.

The staff were so kind, helpful, cheerful, and always happy to help.

We stayed in the suite which I believe is their nicest room, on the top floor, and I highly recommend it.

Pros:

Dieses Hotel ist ein Traum. Das Design hat mich erneut total begeistert. Das Frühstück läßt keine Wünsche offen.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter ist durch nichts zu toppen.

Pros:

Amazing unique space right in the middle of Zermatt. Laura and Amelia were incredibly helpful. Would be my first choice for any future visits.
