Was beyond my expectations in every regard ~ exquisite!
Pros:

This hotel was truly unique and exquisite—everything I had hoped for and more. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay. The location is perfect, with everything you need right at your fingertips. It is also very close to the train station, making transferring our luggage easy and stress-free. They even offer complimentary pickup from the station, which was such a thoughtful touch.

The hotel also has a beautiful wellness center. Although we didn’t use most of the services, we did enjoy the hot tub, which was amazing—especially with the breathtaking surroundings. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel!

Один из тех отелей, из которых действительно не хочется уезжать. Здесь прекрасно всё: невероятная атмосфера, уют, чистота, внимание к деталям и, конечно, потрясающие горы вокруг. 🏔️
Номер был очень комфортным и безупречно чистым, всё продумано так, чтобы после насыщенного дня можно было по-настоящему расслабиться. Персонал заслуживает отдельной благодарности — невероятно приветливые, внимательные и доброжелательные люди. Чувствуешь себя не просто гостем, а действительно желанным гостем.
А сам Церматт — это отдельная любовь. Просыпаться среди такой красоты, выходить утром и видеть Альпы — впечатления, которые остаются надолго.
Мы уехали с ощущением, что обязательно хотим сюда вернуться. ❤️ Однозначно рекомендую этот отель всем, кто хочет провести незабываемые дни в Церматте. 10/10!

Super hotel in the middle of Zermatt
Pros:

the hotel is very centrally located, the taff is super friendly and helpful. The spa area is really realxing.

Cons:

the room was rather warm during the night so we opened the window but it was quite loud outside during the weekend

Tolles und gemütliches Ambiente mit lustiger Einrichtung
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat sogar einen Geburtstagstisch zum Frühstück geschmückt. Das Frühstück hatte reichlich Auswahl und war sehr lecker.

Cons:

Dass es beim Lavabo kein Warmwasser gab.
