Pros:

Loved the room, location, spa, staff and breakfast. Had 2 lovely days here before going on the Glacier Express. Would thoroughly recommend.

Cons:

Only a charging port on one side of the bed. Better lighting around sink. Really minor things.

Not somewhere for a quiet relaxing stay and skiing. Great if you love a party

Location. Room had a nice view.

Cons:

Endless noise. Night one huge party under my room, night two huge party under my room, night 3 and 4 someone stamping about above my room for hours on end.
Hotel offered to refund me for first night but despite messaging them numerous times no refund ever appeared. They have now stopped all communication with me via booking.com , not nice to offer to resolve something and then it never materialise.

Agréable et confortable
Pros:

Très bien salle à mangé magnifique le personnel Très très agréable. Nous avons passé qu une seule nuit. Architecture intéressante. Lit propre et très confortable.

Cons:

L'espace spa il est un peu vétuste et manque d'informations quand nous arrivons dans l'espace. Le système de lumière dans la chambre en mauvais fonctionnement.

The experience was fun and interesting.
Pros:

The staff were lovely, the breakfast was amazing, and the bar and nightclub were great fun.

Cons:

the spa was not managed. the jacuzzi stopped working, the sauna was not working the outdoor 'treatment' room were not working. the fruit left out for guests was rotting. It was underwhelming.
