Incredible
Pros:

Amazing unique space right in the middle of Zermatt. Laura and Amelia were incredibly helpful. Would be my first choice for any future visits.

Extraordinária.
Pros:

Localização excelente. Equipes excelentes. Café da manhã bem servido. Quarto com vista para Matterhorn fantástico. Cabines de relaxamento e jacuzzi do lado de fora extraordinários.. poder andar de roupão na neve e entrar em uma água quente é surreal. A experiência da banheira de água salgada com experiência sensorial auditiva é uma das coisas mais legais que já fizemos. Vale a experiência!

Cons:

A massagem no SPA é paga a parte. Se organize com o tempo para fazer as experiências. Acaba estando ocupadas rápido e os horários abertos são relativamente curtos.

Luxury feelings & can’t take a bad photo here!
Pros:

We stayed in a room with a Matterhorn view on Level 3 during falls season

The reception gave us such a warm welcome — if I could rate the staff, it’d be a solid 10/10! Everyone was so friendly and helpful.

The room was super comfortable — clean bedsheets, spotless toilet, and a chic design that felt so unique compared to other hotels we’ve stayed in.

The complimentary spa was pure luxury! I tried all seven rooms — each one so relaxing and cozy. You must try the lazy heated chair; it’s amazing!

Breakfast was superb — absolutely loved it! ❤️

The owner clearly put so much thought and artistry into every detail. It’s such a lovely and beautifully designed hotel.
