the room was good, but stuff not helpful. if you have something to do in hotel area , so its good to stay there, otherwise it's far for everything.

Fantastic hotel got upgraded on arrival staff were very helpful and friendly room was very nice and clean can't say anything bad about this hotel will definitely be staking again

I have been using this place for the past 5 years and the last time i stayed was pretty bad. I asked to speak with the manager and i was not able to talk to him . There are so many hotels would love me to do business with.

The room was clean and nice but there is nobody carry our bags!!

Satisfied with my overall stay. Reception is warm and friendly, room service was good and the restaurant is a must try but the housekeeping needs improvement.

it was very good.. just 1 thg was missing; taking a look at notes that people write when booking online.

Actually there are 2 Suite Hotel facing each others with 1 receptionist who is very busy and doesn't care about the customer. And you need to cross a busy road to meet her. Room service was the only good thing.

hotel que je ne recommanderais a personne.Situ/ loin du centre de jal el dib.J'avais une autre nuit reservée a cet hotel que j'ai annulé car l'adresse était fausse.Vitres sales,salle de bain minimale,planchers avec brulure de cigarettes,aucune personne a la reception.Cet hotel ne merite pas ce titre.A $10,00ce serait beaucoup.

le personnel est sympa, il faut payer cher pour avoir internet 5 dollar pour l'heure, y a pas de transport à coté il faut appeler un taxi ce qui est très cher la bas ....pour aller vers ma suite junior , fallait sortir de la rue et marcher 50 mettre à pieds vers le deuxième hôtel ou il n ya pas de réception ni de restaurant , donc pour prendre le petit déjeuner le matin il faut aller au chrome , le petit déjeuner est ce qu il ya de plus décevant !!!!! presque rien dans le buffet même le lait est très froid j 'ai du prendre au bar mon café crème et le payé !! la chambre est spacieuse mais ce n'est pas une suite , pas de couette une petite couverture, le service d'étage est impeccable, surtout très honnête je laissais tout dans la chambre même mes bijoux et mon lap top et rien n'a été volé, trop de bruit le matin c est normal c 'est un quartier ou il y a beaucoup de travaux très propre rien à dire pour ça , et très loin de la ville !!!!!!!! ce qui m'a couté une fortune en taxis !!
