Pros:

Very friendly staff, comfortable beds, good breakfast.

Cons:

Shower was very slow to drain, so water was pooling in the shower tray. Otherwise no complaints.

Pros:

Svidio mi se hotel, čistoća, obilan doručak, osoblje...

Cons:

Napravljen je jedan propust - rezervirali smo 3 noćenja i kad smo stigli kasno navečer da napravimo "check in" , osoblje nas je obavijestilo da su im sve sobe pune i organizirali su nam smještaj sa prijevozom u drugi hotel. Druge dvije noći smo vračeni u hotel i bilo je sve u redu.

Nice hotel in the centre not too far from either train station.
Pros:

For a free breakfast it was amazing. Both hot and cold selections. Breakfast area kept very clean. The room was a decent size and the bathroom was beautiful. Incredibly shiny and clean. The thing that let it down a tiny bit was on checking in I struggled to sign forms because I'm in a wheelchair and couldn't really reach. Towards the end he moved me to a lower counter wish I said was much easier for me only to then be taken back to the high counter again to continue the check in.

Cons:

The rooms are small, the bed was only standard size rather then king size but I was aware of these things. The positives far outweighed the negatives.

Disgraceful service as they were 'overbooked' and there were no alternatives within 13miles.
Cons:

Despite speaking to reception twice during the day to confirm my booking, made 5 weeks previous, I was then informed when checking in at 12.30am that there was no room available for me. Was sent to another hotel over 13miles away arriving at 1.30am and having to leave an hour earlier than planned early the next morning to ensure I made planned onwards travel arrangements, this was a serious service failure.
