I was given a room with no A/C that was already a furnace like temperature on arrival, on a super hot day. The staff knew, l wished l was told on arrival. I have Heath condition and asked a refund to go elsewhere as it would be impossible to stay the night. Eventually after going back and forth with reception, l was offered an alternative room at midnight with an out of order toilet but has A/C. Although l had to go to reception to use the loo, l accepted just to get sleep. The staff member was very helpful and polite. However, l am really disappointed and has ruined my experience of the hotel- which l have stayed many times before.

Nice stay - would return for next stay in Manchester
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location. The room was a good size and the bed comfortable. We were on the 8th floor at the end of a corridor so it was very quiet. Good breakfast included.

Ok if your going to arena & not bothered if clean

Cons:

There was stains on the roof & carpets & mould & pubic hairs in shower & toilet that hadn’t been cleaned there was no fridge & bed was so hard bedding had stains too & chair was stained breakfast was so hard not nice at all , juice was watered down

Lovely stay in a clean and handy location with friendly staff.
Pros:

Staff were very nice and friendly. My daughter was unwell so they let her stay in the room and extra 30 minutes whilst I went to get the car and collect her. Very kind.

Cons:

Coffee from machine was awful at breakfast and no Earl Grey T bags., however the staff were very busy so I didn't ask but none out.
