Pros:

I liked everything. Usually I go for Hampton by Hilton around the corner from this location but budget this trip didn’t stretch that far. Opting for this one I didn’t have high expectations as my travel to holiday inn in one of the London locations was not a positive experience. But Manchester you did well. From location to the staff to the room itself I enjoyed every bit..the only thing that let it down was the orange juice at breakfast. It didn’t taste like fresh juice. First time i got some it was mostly water with a bit of juice in, second time to see if it had been changed or got better it was stronger but it tasted like dilute so yeh not the best but the only thing I can fault my stay on. All in all I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful experience

The triple room need to have 3proper beds instead of sofa cum bed because it was very uncomfortable.
Cons:

There was too much chaos at breakfast time . May be the hotel needs to add more staff members to handle this situation smoothly.
