Da localização. Perto da estação de trem Manchester Vitória. É uma região mais descoldada, bem tranquila. Os pontos turísticos principais fizemos a pé. Há diversos restaurantes. Café da manhã com frutas (banana, maçã e tangerina), croassant, pão de forma de farinha branca e integral, geléias diversas, mel, ovos mexidos, bacon, salsicha, feijão, cereais, leite comum e vegano, suco, cafés e chá.

It urgently needs a general cleaning job if the carpet, if there is no overall renivation planned in the near future.

Hotel position close to city center, Metrolink and bus stations and shops.
Polite and helpful hotel staff.
Room was cleaned and towels changed on a daily basis.
Free drinking water.

Cons:

Breakfast was repetitive and not on our taste. We wanted to have more vegetables, cheese, different sortiments of meat,boiled eggs.

Pros:

On arrival we were greeted by very polite and friendly staff and was checked in within minutes.
The hotel was clean with a big open fresh space for the lobby area and breakfast room, the rooms were lovely with very nice clean bathroom with a very good sized walk in shower, tv with good channels and a greate view (we were on the 8th floor). Had a lovely couple of nights there and for the price I highly recommend it.

Central location, safe with staff around most hours, good breakfast. Lovely staff especially Baazi in the dining room.

Cons:

I had checked twice about laundry facilities only to realise there wasn’t a guest laundry. I actually emailed the second time. The laundry services offered were external and I found costly. I had been to Spain before my stay and was needing to wash some clothes.
Perhaps your website should state “external laundry services offered”.
Because your staff seem to know that there are no laundromats within walking distance, perhaps you should invest in a coin operated laundry!!
