Only positive is the location, centrally closed to main attractions.
A long list:
- unclean rooms. When first checked in they put us in a room crawling with cockroaches to our horror. We complained and they switched us to a cleaner room. Clean means no cockroaches but the bathtub is leaking water all over the floor on every use. We had to wipe the water off the floor lest one may slip and fall.
- noisy rooms: you can hear people talking at normal level thru the door and walls. You can hear every noise due to traffic from street level even though our room is on the 7th floor.
- old room where nothing works: desk phone in room not functioning, TV requires staff to fix to work, hot/cold water dispenser working haphazardly, light switches hard to control, light bulb out, only two electrical outlets in room.
- only salvaging grace is a very hardworking staff named Nhan. He is very helpful and can fix anything. But you’ll need to catch him because he is very busy , obviuosly with so many problems, which lead us to the very incompetent manager, guy named Huy. This one is absolutely useless and also got a bad attitude to boot. He just does not do anything but does not miss to compete with customers at breakfast buffet line to get his own food. He should have been fired but maybe got good connections .
Location location and great room with multiple big beds
The doors are noisy when closing and there were some ants in the room.

Location: Away from crowded places, good restaurants close by, even there is a Western Union close by, where you can change your money and get a good exchange rate. The hotel room was very cozy, the bathtub is very good and smart TV. Cost-effective charges.
Nothing much to say, if they can improve the buffet breakfast... everything is with pork meat ..and I don't eat pork meat.
the location is nearby stores, restaurants. it has free breakfast so you dont have to worry about breakfast. the staff is very courteous, helpful and accomodating. beautiful rooms although our room's a/c sometimes doesnt work but the staff tries to fix it. it was a beautiful stay.

Good breakfast. The hotel provides a variety of choices.
We arrived at 21:00 and the room was not ready. We informed the hotel of our arrival time of 14:00. I had to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes.
All good.
But, I requested and hire pick up service from air port. It's was failed. Sorry for about that.
