De kamers zijn toe aan een update. De donkere kleuren en het donkere tapijt geven geen schoon gevoel. De airco maakte veel lawaai en rook muf. Ook geen raam aanwezig voor frisse lucht. Het ontbijt was best prijzig voor wat je kreeg. Het brood en de mini koffiekoeken waren s morgens al zo goed als op en duurde best lang voor er vers was. Er waren pannenkoekjes maar deze waren koud. Je kon zelf een eitje bakken op een klein vuurtje 😐....

L’emplacement est vraiment idéal : nous avons pu rejoindre le centre-ville à pied, et les autres sites touristiques sont également très facilement accessibles. Les transports en commun se trouvent juste de l’autre côté de la rue.
Le personnel est très chaleureux, attentionné et professionnel. La communication a été très agréable et l’équipe a vraiment pris en compte nos besoins. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié de pouvoir laisser gratuitement nos bagages après le check out
Seul petit bémol : le petit-déjeuner n’offre pas le meilleur rapport qualité-prix.

Great location 5 minutes away from the train/bus station. Nice staff. Nice restaurant right next door. I liked the elevator since we had heavy bags. Staff spoke English well.

It’s steps away from the train station, a 20-25 min ride to the airport, and an easy walk into the heart of Toulouse. The air conditioning was a life saver. Staff are very helpful.
The rooms are clean and comfortable though the bathrooms could use an update. If you have a huge bag or any mobility issues, ask for a room near the elevator as there are 3-5 stairs at different locations on the floors.
