Kaya Uludağ Oteli’ne geldiğimiz ilk andan itibaren her şeyin ne kadar özenle ve profesyonellikle yönetildiğini net bir şekilde hissettik. Karşılama son derece sıcak, samimi ve güven vericiydi. Otelin genel atmosferi, konforu ve düzeni daha ilk dakikada doğru bir yerde olduğumuzu hissettirdi.

Odalar tertemiz, son derece konforlu ve manzarasıyla büyüleyici. Ortak alanlar, spa ve restoran bölümleri hem şık hem de çok bakımlı. Yemeklerdeki çeşitlilik, lezzet ve kalite istikrarlı şekilde üst seviyede. Her öğün ayrı bir keyifti.

Bu mükemmel deneyimi unutulmaz kılan en önemli unsur ise çalışanların yaklaşımı oldu.
Özellikle Duygu Hanım, misafir memnuniyetini adeta bir sanat gibi icra ediyor. İlgi, zarafet, çözüm odaklılık ve içtenliğiyle harikalar yaratıyor; her detayı takip ederek misafiri gerçekten özel hissettiriyor.

Best place to have a winter vacation

The hotel is great located in the mountain next to skiing activities and hotel service are great specially the restaurant and cafe staff you don’t even need to ask for anything they are always around asking to offer you drinks/food everything

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Experience at Kaya Uludağ!

We had an absolutely amazing time at Kaya Uludağ. The snowfall was magical and the snow sledging was so much fun—especially for the kids! The heated swimming pool and the hammam were a perfect way to relax after a day in the snow.

We also celebrated my birthday here, which made the experience even more special. Everything—from the ambiance to the facilities and the all inclusive concept —was wonderful. We truly loved every moment and would highly recommend Kaya Uludağ for a perfect snow getaway.
