Centrally located & parking
Pros:

We absolutely loved how the hotel was centrally located to a lot of restaurants and shopping. We are walkers and liked each direction we went, we found something to do. Also, we enjoyed the breakfast on the day we left which is complimentary when you stay. In addition to valet- Carter was really helpful for the day we needed our car early from valet- so that day was a plus.

Cons:

I was not keen on the fact that valet was $40 per day, and there was a parking lot across the street that was $20 a day/$30 overnight, and when asked if there was a parking lot nearby there was no response. Additionally, we had to wait a while to get our car from the valet.

A few short days in Portland and this was the perfect location for our walking adventures.
Pros:

The location was great, we could walk pretty much everywhere we wanted to go! The pier for our sailboat cruise and the ferry to Peaks was a short walk.

Cons:

The valet area was small and crowded during check in time, which makes sense, just a heads up for those checking in.
