Clean, great coffee and friendly staff.
Pros:

This is a great place to stay, it’s very clean, there are people cleaning constantly, the breakfast is good, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Also the location is perfect- you can walk everywhere. Also I find that the valet service is very convenient, and the valets are also friendly and helpful.

Cons:

This is my only problem, and I have stayed here before and this has never happened: the trash pickup was at 4:40 am on a Friday morning. It was so loud and went on for a very long time. I told the front desk and they were apologetic, but I guess this is an ongoing problem with the trash company, who are just doing their job. But I would request a room away from this area next time.

Decent place but overpriced
Pros:

Well located to downtown, clean, comfortable, and roomy.

Cons:

Breakfast was poor. Pool was closed. Expensive for what was offered. Valet parking for New York City prices— ridiculous.
