We visited this place in Jan 25 During Utrayan Festival. It was nearly occupied however this hotel has everything spacious & atmosphere was absolutely peaceful. This hotel is 💯 % pure veg. Very nice restaurant ambiance excellent delicious food. Even when you relax in reception lobby lounge it gave full positive vibes. We were allotted rooms on 10 th floor. Good neat n clean rooms beautifully maintained very good outside view from the rooms. Overall good food neat clean rooms with excellent hygiene very well maintained Premises Completely Positive vibes what else you want. A must visit Premises for stay with Family. Given an opportunity to visit Surat will surely stay in this Hotel Would love to go here again in future. Simply superb fantastic Next level experience.

Over all its pleasant stay . closer to airport and very calm place. front office staff is very helpful and ready to go extra miles. Thank you for the hospitality.

We (30 of us) went to All Day Dinning for Rakshabandhan Buffer dinner and it was fantastic!
The variety was so vast, we could barely eat half of it.
Everything tasted great. The staff was also hands on and at our service through out.
Special shout out to JK Labana - the manager for ensuring everything went smooth!
Highly recommend this place!

The only good thing about the hotel is its proximity to the airport. Everything else is disappointing. The rooms (in fact the whole place) are tired looking, the service needs a lot of training, the food was horrible (worst hotel breakfast I’ve ever had), and there is absolutely nothing around the hotel save for a half-shuttered shopping mall. It seems they’re more interested in catering to events, especially weddings, than actually serving guests a decent experience. They’ve been trying to reflag themselves as a Le Meridien for years now, but I’d strongly advice Marriott to avoid taking on this millstone of a hotel.

A terrible incident happened with me here - This hotel is not safe for women. A room cleaning guy (Saurabh Fauzdar) unlocked my room's door and entered while I was having a shower. Upon escalation - both the managers responsible - Sumit Bhosle, Jigar Solanki tried giving all sort of vague justifications of the room cleaning act. The room was locked, the lights were on, no prior notification was given to clean my room. Two door bells by the room cleaner doesn't suffice for him to unlock aan occupied room. These managers are giving me terrible reasons of the guy opening the door in exact 90 degree angle or stepped just one foot etc. While I asked on the official document (policy)by the hotel where all the KRAs are written forthe room cleaning people and the managerial duties - they provided a paper with a total of 5 bullet points where it highlighted that after two door bells a room cleaning person could enter the door. Pathetic hotel stay and service.

The Hotel suite room was the Best Ever that I had ever seen. The food was awesome especially because we are vegetarians. ( Non-vegetarian food was not available). The pool was clean and enjoyable. The best part of the stay was the POP-CORN THEATRE which reclines to the maximum. It is very close to Surat Airport.

Thy service was really really good. So unlike any other hotel in Gujarat. We reached at 11 in the night. Our room was prepared. And they did a very seamless admission.
Upon reaching we asked for extra blankets and pillows. They immediately catered. We said that we wanted a bucket mug too and would be ok if it was given in the morning. But they immediately got it
It was child friendly.
The only flaw was that being a vegetarian hotel they had limited breakfast ( lots of gujarati farsan)
Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again myself.

Had pleasant stay and it was very nice experience with reference to the Hospitality.
Buffy breakfast and dinner was wide spread.
Food was good. Staffs were very cooperative.

Rubina are good at work. Rooms were properly sanitized and clean visit regularly to lords for his hospitality

Before booking PCR/Covid test requirements were not communicated led to us not staying there and not getting refund for the room back!

All staff are friendly like a family special thanks for Mr.Vijender for suggestions all menu and dishes I m sure visit again again'for dinner Cafe Paino Reastorent it's superb Ambiance and good

The property was clearly showing signs of lockdown. Initially the AC was not working in the room allotted to me. After complaining, the room was changed. Cleanliness, neatness was not upto the mark. Food was pathetic in the restaurant, the service was equally lethargic. All in all, no value for money and a real sad experience.

practically no care on sanitization for people coming from outside, except for taking body temp...no sanitization anywhere...be it at reception or restaurant or room. had to ask for a sanitizer, housekeeping staff communicated that they dont provide...on insisting, they gave sanitizer in restaurant glass water bottle..no tissue papers in room..

I am regular guest in this property, but this time i have checked in with my family and my wife and son was very happy with the hospitality and the services provided by all the staff.

Food was very good and special thanks to Hussein for arranging late check out and drop for us. will visit next time for sure.

The rooms are elegant and spacious. The breakfast spread is good.. would have been a tad better if non veg could have been served. The staff is helpful and the room service is also good. The room menu is quite economical and a stay is within budget.

This was a great hotel as Grand Bhagwati but has since slipped both in terms of upkeep as well as service levels. You can clearly that the hotel is in management transition.
Food is still good. Gym is in another building and has many day visitors

ideally suited location. good room service, unfortunately there a wedding taking place so the hotel was a bit noisy.
