It’s our go to Hotel whenever visiting Canberra.Its always clean , staff are amazing especially Edward ( thankyou for such amazing customer service . The breakfasts are always great too .
Proximity to places
I would have preferred ensuite rooms especially for the VIP. Otherwise all good

air conditioner would not work ..tv difficult to adjust volume
The room layout seemed inconsistent with the hotel aesthetic. It was monochrome yet had a clinical stainless steel kitchen akin to an operating table. Further the built in fridge and dishwasher seemed incomplete and poor effort. Perhaps the hotel side was better but the apartment building seemed outdated and in need of an upgrade.

The TV didn't work...we tried several times and then received a text message saying the problem had been resolved. The TV still didn't work and we wanted to watch the rugby...
