Nice, clean and comfortable
We were advised there was no elevator to our room on the top floor, I am 21 weeks pregnant with a toddler and several luggage so the staff tried to accommodate and got us to the first floor and assisted with luggage, perhaps a heads up on this in future would help others

Both fans are not working in the bathroom and the noise from the ups.tairs piping is very loud when they flush the toilet.The mattress is very soft and the cooking allpliance is not enough to cook meal or prepare the breakfast.Staff changed the other apartment due to the fan issue and we found there are lots cookwares which means they did not check carefully for the details.
Always love coming back to Burbury Hotel. Friendly staff and the rooms are exceptional with everything you might need for a comfortable stay.

Great location, close to the city and close to restaurants.
The apartment was separate to the main hotel and room was on the ground floor, unfortunately one of the bedrooms was overlooking the access lane for underground car parking and also garbage trucks so this room was ridiculously loud from very early in the morning, it was terrible.

When I first got to my room, there was unfortunately an issue with the window. The staff went above and beyond to rectify this and moved me to a much nicer, more spacious room. I'm so grateful for their kindness and how quick they were to resolve this for me. It was an incredible stay. I've been here and few times before and always enjoyed it and look forward to coming back again.

The instructions to access the apartments were very confusing (it was not initially clear thats the apartments were separated from the hotel and could not be access from the main building and the tiny map was unreadable) but the staff were helpful.

We got an upgrade and were able to check in earlier due to the unit being ready. Close to the city, ducted air conditioning. Having a washing/drying machine available. Haven't checked out public transport availability.
There is opportunity to park outside for free after 4pm - 9.30am
It was clean but not clean clean. The washing machine needs a good clean. And gaps in between the oven and the kitchen over head "cabinets"
Somehow the tv reception was not very good (we didn't use it much anyway) aircon unit next to bedroom was loud and making noises even though the air con was turned off. Maybe needs some maintenence?!
The entrance hallway of the unit could have some hooks for jackets. I would prefer hard flooring over carpets due to allergies and hygiene.

Pwrfect location for exploring Canberra. Great restraunts nearby. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was super comfy and roomy.

The dishwasher didn’t work well, and the washing machine-dryer didn’t properly dry the clothes and there was no clothesline.
