Shower head, tap knobs are extremely hard to turn on when you have arthritis, no fridge to put your own things, glasses in washroom prefer plastic, coffee cups instead of to go cups for the morning
Everything was perfect, as my scores show. It's a perfect combination of excellent, friendly and informed staff, outstanding, high quality facilities and perfect location. All this in a small boutique hotel.

The room is amazing. The view of the river is breathtaking. The front desk staff are so nice. They always open the front doors for you. I keep telling them they work too hard but they keep doing it!

What an amazing hotel! Service was exceptional both at reception and breakfast while the rooms were large, inviting and extremely clean.
Harshika, Jash and Mohammed went out of their way to assist me in finding a taxi ride to Regina. Most appreciated. Truly, they were friendly, professional and extremely efficient at their job.
Service and food at breakfast were excellent. I apologize for not being able to mention specific names but please understand they were amazing, remembering exactly what I'd ordered the previous day. Like home away from home. A lovely way to commence the day. Thank you.
I did visit the hotel bar on three occasions where I was provided with friendly, efficient service. The ambience was most appealing, intimate and relaxing.

This hotel is marvellous in every respect! All of the staff are very friendly and the rooms, suites actually, are very large and very comfortably set up and equipped. The decor throughout is very sleek, and the location is the best in town. Excellent in every way!

We have stayed here several times over the years for all of the amenities and quality mentioned above. The location is also stellar especially in summer for the view. Food is good and the room size and decor are soothing.
The breakfast was fabulous. We had a chef prepared omelette - which was perfect!
