Mâncarea bună și diversa, amabilitatea personalului, diversele spectacole de seara

Nu mi-a plăcut că nu s-a verificat daca mai exista gel de dus în recipient.
Camera in sine nu arata de 5* (nu este renovata, mobilierul vechi, mai scârțâie parchetul), dar pentru noi nu a fost deranjant.

Pros:

The team were amazing and found my wife's hat after it was lost. Receptionist and our CRM manager were very cooperative and it took them a short time to revert with positive results. Hotel in general was up to our expectation.

What a lovely holiday place

Amazing holiday with Kaya Bellek
We stayed 6 days here and it was worth every penny
I would like to thank Serkan , head of security Kamil , Baris , Veysel, Zekeriya and rest of staff’s and the amazing chefs, everyone was perfect, kind, helpful, lots of activity, entertainment here, we have been looked after very well and as for as i have seen they been same to everyone , hope to see you again next year
