Очень уютный, спокойный отель. Номер просторный, светлый. Кухня выше всяких похвал, на любой вкус. Напитки и коктейли в лобби также на высоте. Номера убирают быстро и очень качественно. Особенно приятно, что при бронировании через Букинг нам прикрепили персонального менеджера, который моментально отвечал на все вопросы. Причём даже не совсем по теме. Например, рассказал как лучше забронировать экскурсию. В целом, планируем вернуться.

По сравнению с прошлым годом, показался более грязный пляж. Много окурков на песке.

Struttura datata. Mobilio camere qualità scadente e usurato. Bagno maltenuto con vasca consumata, vecchia e con scarichi intasati. (Richiesto più volte assistenza, mai pervenuta).

8 gece konakladık eksikler vardı ama artılarına odaklanınca biz memnun kaldık. Otel yenilenecekmiş, sonrasında daha güzel olacağını düşünüyorum. Özellikle teşekkür etmek istediğim kişi kids club Meltem hanım çocuklarla çok ilgili ve sevecen. Önümüzdeki yaz için tekrar tercih etmeyi düşünebiliriz.

Cons:

Doğum günüm için tesis içerisinde A la carte İtalyan restoranını tercih ettik,az bahşiş bırakan bir masa hakkında yapılan konuşmalara şahit olduk. Yemekler ve servis kötüydü.

Price-performance hotel, mainly kid focussed
Pros:

I like the staff in the hotel, who were always very friendly and helpful for any requests inc main restaurants, pool & beach bars.
Mr Serkan has informed us daily about the hotel program and asked if we have any requests. This was the first time I have experienced in a 5 star hotel - we felt very welcomed and valued.

The food for such a big hotel was a good quality & variety. There were also many options at the beach bar. The drinks service at the beach (right hand side) was extremely good - thanks to Gülperi.

Animation team was excellent, very entertaining but not insisting. I enjoyed the aqua fitness & execution of the shows at the theatre.

The room was big enough and was clean. Cleaning was significantly improved after complaint. The rooms should include slippers, a small make-up mirror in bathrooms and a drying rack in balconies.

Spa area was well executed. Their package including hammam & mix massage is highly recommended. I strongly suggest to include a “no-talking sign” in the relax room - there was people speaking on the phone and with each other in the relax room. I could not enjoy the area after having a 2h treatment. I also recommend including sweets or additional drinks (e.g sprite) in the spa area. This is so common in any SPA facilities in Asia to increase the blood pressure after a treatment.

Cons:

The quality of non-alcoholic drinks was disappointing. The coffee taste was not good - even a typical turkish coffee. Non-dairy milc options were limited - only lactose free and soy milc. There should be a non-alcoholic beer service at least in the lobby bar. Those are very standard in several 4 and 5* hotels in Turkey. The new generation (millenials and Gen S) does not consume heavily alcohol. Coffee and other non alcoholic beverages should be improved if you want to target these people.

Gym equipment is sufficient but there is no proper AC. I could not train properly because of this. I also recommend implementing GYM and Sauna area 16+ (common in EU & Asia).

The towel service is inconsistent. They sometimes exchange towels at the end of the day, sometimes the staff claims no exchange after 6 pm. I basically took a new towel for myself from the sauna area as the staff declined exchanging mine. I also occupied a standard room just myself. It is a bit strange to receive a single towel for the complete room, whereas families paying almost the same price can get many towels for a single room.
Also, the towel service starts at 8 am, so if you are an early swimmer like me and check in after 6 pm like, you may not have a towel.

Very nice place to stay if you like beaches or want a good place for all age groups
Pros:

This place is way above the norm for food at an all inclusive. Every night, the main food was different, they did not recycle food and then man at guest relations,Serkan Sapmazturk was very helpful. He helped us know about the multiple daily events happening at the hotel for both adults and kids.

Excellent séjour, avec un accueil chaleureux et un service irréprochable. Une équipe très attentionnée et professionnelle.

La chambre mériterait une rénovation, notamment le mobilier et la salle de bain.

Nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour le service agréable, l’excellent emplacement de l’hôtel, les équipements extérieurs et de la qualité des spectacles.
