Looks fabulous but if you want a good nights rest please do not waste your money

The pool was lovely
Room size good
Cleaning lady very hard working

Cons:

The main issue noise, staying 3 nights only managed one night sleep due to nightclub noise. Music started late in evening until 5 in the morning. Complained and moved room for last night. Shocking response after raising complaint regarding lack of sleep for 2 nights from the hotel management stating their hotel was more than just somewhere to sleep.
Breakfast one day fabulous but the next two days poor with money exchanging hands with waiters for food coming out of kitchen.
Individual travelers did not seem catered for, buses full of people shipped in and out using facilities . Such as shame as this really could be a lovely place to stay but it feels like its being used to make a fast buck. We travel extensively and always leave positive reviews but I felt the need to be honest with this review in the bad out weighed the good

je remercie aussi Fatim zahra pour son service professionnel et proprete des chambres
l accueil chaleureux aussi a la reception je recommande cet hotel pour ceux qui veulent se reposer

Pour un bon moment detente.
Pros:

Hotel Calme et proche de la mer. Le Staff est tres gentil et tres professionnel. Toujours a l'ecoute et aux petits soins que ce soit la reception, les serveurs ou les cuisiniers.

J ai bcp apprécié mon sejour a l hotel, l emplacement est ideal, le service est top notamment le service de fatima zahhra elgharbi qui etait aux petits soins et qui fait son travail avec bcp de devouement.
