A wonderful way to experience a city for the first time.
Pros:

Lovely room and the whole hotel has lots of personal touches making it a unique place to stay. The staff were friendly and exceptionally helpful

Great Staff, Beautiful hotel and in the heart of town
Pros:

Friendly staff, passionate about their city and helpful when asked. The Portuguese lady from Cascais took a lot of her time explaining where to go, the best places in the city and how to get around. 10/10 for the staff. Hotel located in the heart of the Lisbon close to everything and the sea. The hotel had beautiful decoration, ambiance and we stayed at one of their suites on the 6th floor/Attic with beautiful views to the castle and big windows. Hotel deserved a 4 star not 3

Cons:

Unfortunately the Attic is only accessible by a set of stairs from the 5th floor which meant a bit logistical especially that we had two massive suitcases (nevertheless the staff offered to take it up by themselves without us asking) I am sure they wouldn’t mind helping on the way down for the check out but I don’t ask them. Unfortunately the toilet and shower were too small and the TV could do better with a rotating mount in the back…

Great location, terrific staff, good bar in another of the Browns hotels attached.
Pros:

The location is excellent. The staff were super helpful and the room was met our needs.

Cons:

The interior view was not as expected. We would stay again in a room with an outside view.
