Gloomy hotel, rude staff, waste of money.
Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

Staff was lazy and careless. They could not care less if everything is ok for a paying customer.

When making the reservation it was not told, that breakfast will be at another hotel, well maybe 200 meters away, but you should tell it. Breakfast staff was the same, bored and arrogant.

At the lounge there was nothing but design chairs. Could be a cosy place if they had at least a tiny bar. Instead of that there was a couple of tired staff members lying behing their desk, doing pretty much nothing.

Knew that room was small, but for example you can’t go to shower if you don’t leave the bathroom slide door open. Shower took ages to get warm water. And when you got it, it was almost boiling.
And why pay of downtown location, when your window view is to the rubbish backyard? Never again this hotel or the Browns Hotels.

Pros:

Tout, la chambre très calme, une bonne literie, le café et thé à disposition dans la chambre, les gâteaux de bienvenue et le cocktail. Le personnel charmant et leurs bons conseils. Le super petit déjeuner et la situation centrale de l'hôtel. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter.

Pros:

Fantastic location, friendly staff and clean rooms. We had a great time at this lovely hotel.

Cons:

No on site bar or restaurant but the sister hotel down the road does have one you can use.

Good value for its money
Pros:

Clean, great location, easy to reach

Cons:

Noise of neighbors, the building seems to have poor sound isolation and whenever someone walks upstairs you hear each single step

Pros:

Das Attikazimmer, welches sehr schön möbliert war, wurde leider von einer Aussen(be)lüftungsanlage, welche die ganze Nacht brummte überschattet. Wer Ruhe möchte dann vielleicht nicht dieses Zimmer beziehen. Ohne Oropax war es für uns zu laut.

Cons:

Laute Lüftung beim Dachstock. Lift geht nicht bis in obersten Stock (Koffer tragen)

Raphael was brilliant and very helpful in booking out tickets.
Pros:

Good location, clean, modem property and quiet. Foyer was lovely and 24h access to staff.

Cons:

Room was very warm but when fan was on it was lovely,

Pros:

Great location staff were friendly & helpfull.

Cons:

Beds & pillows a little hard, would opt for a front room facing street rather than back of hotel as felt a little claustrphobic!
